Product Usage Instructions

  7. The product consists of a Snuggle SoundsTM NallyTM, a Pock-a-Bye BabyTM, a Type C USB cord, and a clip.
  8. Audio Control:
  9. Take out the Pock-a-Bye BabyTM from the plush to access audio control.
  10. Timer Control:
  11. Use the timer control feature to set a specific duration for the product’s operation.

  • Children have STRANGLED in cords. Keep the charging cable away from child.

  • The charging cable (included) and wall adapter (not included) are NOT toys. NEVER allow child to play with charging cable or wall adapter.

  • The Pock-a-Bye Baby™ is NOT a toy and must be securely attached inside the Snuggle Sounds™ Nally™ during play.

  • NEVER allow child to play with Pock-a-Bye Baby™ while charging and/or connected to a power source.

  • NEVER attach any additional strings or straps to the toy when attaching to the crib.

  • ALWAYS use the straps provided to attach the crib toy to the baby crib.

  • ALWAYS keep the bottom of the crib toy at least 7 inches (18 cm) above the surface of the mattress.

  • DO NOT attach product to the crib while charging or attached to the charging cord. The charging cord should NEVER be near the crib.

  • For children under 12 months, Snuggle Sounds™ Nally™ must be securely attached to the crib rail.
    DO NOT place Snuggle Sounds™ Nally™ on the mattress or allow child to sleep holding Snuggle Sounds™ Nally™.

  • For children over 12 months, consult your pediatrician before allowing child to sleep with Snuggle Sounds™ Nally™. If your child does sleep with Snuggle Sounds™ Nally™, REMOVE the Pock-a-Bye Baby™ before giving to your child.

  • Remove the Pock-a-Bye Baby™ from the Snuggle Sounds™ Nally™ before charging.

  • DO NOT expose charging port, charging cable, or wall adapter to liquid.

  • ALWAYS disconnect the power supply before cleaning.

  • Check the charging cable and wall adapter regularly for damage. DO NOT use if any damage has occurred.

  • DO NOT use extension cords.

  • To avoid risk of electric shock, DO NOT touch the product or any wires connected to the product during a lightning storm.

  • For the purpose of recharging the battery, ONLY use the charging cable supplied with this product.

  • This product is only to be connected to equipment bearing either of the following symbols:

  • ONLY use included charging cable with a 5 Volt/1 Amp (5 Watts) USB A wall adapter (NOT INCLUDED).

  • DO NOT attempt to open or modify the electronic product in any way as it does not contain any serviceable parts.

  • Do not expose Pock-a-Bye Baby™ to liquid, moisture or humidity.

  • The provided USB cord is 1m (3.3 ft) in length.
  • Please read all instructions before assembly and use of the product.

Battery Information

  • Charge before first use.
  • The product contains a rechargeable lithium-ion polymer battery.
  • This product’s battery is NOT replaceable.
  • DO NOT attempt to remove the battery.
  • DO NOT dispose of product in fire, battery may explode of leak.
  • Please use the correct disposal method for items that contain batteries.
  • DO NOT store product in areas that have extreme temperatures (such as attics, garages, or automobiles).

Care and Cleaning

  • Pock-a-Bye Baby™ – Ensure product is not plugged in or connect to a power source. Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth. Do not expose charging port to liquid. Air dry. Do not immerse in water.

  • Snuggle Sounds™ Nally™ – Remove Pock-a-Bye Baby™ before cleaning.
    Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water.

  • Storage – Always store in a dry location, away from any heat sources, and out of the sun. Product should be stored between 23°F to 95°F (-5°C to 35°C).

USB CHARGING PORT: CHARGE UNIT BEFORE USE

  • Remove Pock-a-Bye Baby™ from Snuggle Sounds™ Nally™ before charging.
  • Connect the provided Type C USB plug to the Type C USB charging port on the side of the unit.
  • Connect the provided USB A plug to a power USB A port on a computer or other USB/AC adapter. (5 Volt/1 Amp (5 Watts) USB A wall adapter) For first time use, charge unit for about 3 hours, or until is full charge.
  • The Indicator Light glows red steadily while the unit is charging and turns OFF once the unit is fully charged.
    ***For best battery life and performance, charge the battery at least every three months.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING:
Pairing soother with device

  • Press and hold the power button to turn Pock-a-Bye Baby™ ON.
  • A blue light indicator will flash quickly indicating it is now in paring mode.
  • Turn on your device’s Bluetooth mode (check in Options or Settings), locate and select “INGENUITY” in the Bluetooth menu to complete pairing.
  • A tone will sound when pairing is completed.
    The blue light indication will flash if the Bluetooth connection is lost (out of range, about 30 feet).
    Pock-a-Bye Baby™ will turn off after 5 minutes without Bluetooth connection.

FULL CHARGED AND LOW BATTERY INDICATION:
When the battery charge is low, the LED indicator will blink red slowly and should be recharged immediately, while charging, red LED lights up steadily. When fully charged, the LED indicator will turn off. Charge time is approximately 3 hours.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Unit doesn’t respond (no power)

  • Make sure unit is completely charged.
  • Make sure your device is properly paired with the Pock-a-Bye Baby™.

Unit doesn’t respond (locked up/ “frozen”)

  • If the Pock-a-Bye Baby™ does not respond, PRESS and HOLD the power button for 8 seconds to reset the Pock-a-Bye Baby™.
    Trouble Pairing a device with Pock-a-Bye Baby™ Bluetooth implementation varies depending on your device’s hardware and operating system.

  • When you power ON the speaker, it will automatically link with the last previously paired Bluetooth device if the device is still within range (approx. 30 feet). To pair with a different device you must turn off Bluetooth capability on the already paired device, or take it out of range.

  • To do so, first delete INGENUITY from Settings / Bluetooth / My Devices and then re-pair Ingenuity from the Other Devices list.
