KOSPEL SW Series Vertical Hot Water Cylinders
Product Information
The vertical hot water cylinders by SW have several important advantages:
- Advanced technology production and automation ensure full repeatability of the manufacturing process.
- A high precision, evenly applied layer of enamel with optimal thickness provides the highest quality protection against corrosion.
- The products are made of steel grades selected by verified suppliers.
- Each device undergoes leakage tests and coating checks for quality control.
Additional equipment includes immersion heaters that can be installed in all models. The specific models and capacities are as follows:
- GRW-1,4kW/230V; GRW-2,0kW/230V; GRW-3,0kW/230V; GRW-4,5kW/400V can be installed in all models.
- GRW-6.0kW/400V can be installed in cylinders with a capacity of 250l or higher.
The cylinders are also compatible with central heating boilers.
Product Usage Instructions
To use the vertical hot water cylinders, follow these instructions:
- Connect the hot water outlet using the appropriate size and type of connection:
- Gw 3/4 for cylinders up to 300l.
- Gw 1 for cylinders with a capacity of 500l.
- Connect the temperature indicator immersion heater using the Gw 6/4 250-500l cork connection.
- Connect the circulation using the Gw 3/4 connection.
- Connect the heating water feed using the Gw 1 connection.
- Connect the temperature sensor pipe.
- For cylinders with a capacity of 250l or higher, install the inspection hole. For cylinders with a capacity of 100-200l, use the immersion heater connection.
- Connect the heating water return using the Gw 1 connection.
- Connect the cold water inlet using the appropriate size and type of connection:
- Gw 3/4 for cylinders up to 300l.
- Gw 1 for cylinders with a capacity of 500l.
