Product Information

The XPR Smart Access is a device that allows users to control and manage access to a specific area using a phone and a watch. It requires a phone with iOS version 12 or later and a watch with watchOS version 4 or later. The device utilizes Bluetooth and location permissions for its app functionality.

Product Usage Instructions

To use the XPR Smart Access, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that your phone meets the minimum requirements (iOS version 12 or later) and your watch meets the minimum requirements (watchOS version 4 or later).

  2. Make sure to grant the necessary app permissions, including Bluetooth and location access.

  3. Open the XPR Smart Access app on your phone.

  4. If the reader is in Bluetooth range (3-5m), it will be listed with its ID and a white background. If the reader is already added and within Bluetooth range, it will be listed with a green
    background.

  5. To add a new reader or edit login details, click on the reader listed in Fig.4 & 5. Enter the device name, pairing key, and password provided by the device administrator. Your entry PIN code
    will serve as the login password.

  6. For Dutch users (NL), enter descriptive names for two relays in the device.

  7. Ensure you are within Bluetooth range of the device and click on the “Save” tab (Fig. 6).

  8. To return to the main page, click on the menu tab (Fig. 7). If the credentials are correct, the reader will be shown on the screen. Added readers within Bluetooth range will be listed at the top of the screen. Select the reader and use the listed tabs to send commands to the reader. If the reader is not listed but within range, click on the refresh button at the top right corner to scan for available readers.

  9. To set application protection, go to the Settings section (Fig.8).

  10. To choose your local area language availability, go to the Language section (Fig. 9).

APP INSTRUCTION

App permissions required:

  1. Bluetooth

  2. Location

    Fig. 2: • Click on the menu at the top left corner and select “My Devices” tab to open the devices window.

  3. If the reader is in the Bluetooth range (3-5m), it will be listed with his ID and white background.
    If the reader is already added and in the Bluetooth range, it will be listed with green background. If the reader is already added and not in range, it will be listed with yellow background.XPR-smart-access-

  4. Click on the reader to add it as new or edit the login details.
    Type device name by your choice, pairing key and password provided from the device administrator. Your entry PIN code is used as password for login. Type friendly names for two relays in the device

  5. Make sure you are in the Bluetooth range of the device and click on ”Save“ Tab.

  7. Click on the menu tab to return to the main page. If the credentials are correct, the reader will be shown on the screen. Added readers that are in the Bluetooth range will be listed at the top of the screen. Select the reader and use listed tabs to send the command to the reader.   10. Run XPR Smart Access App on your phone and on your watch. Click on the icon in the navigation bar to synchronize your watch with your mobile. After synchronization all available readers are visible at your smart watch.
