Fingerbot ADFB0301-EN
Product Information
The Fingerbot is the world’s smallest robot designed to smartly
control different types of buttons and switches. It enables you to
control your existing home appliances effortlessly. With the
Fingerbot, you can switch lights via the app, schedule tasks like
making a morning coffee, activate your vacuum cleaner with voice
commands, and remotely power on your devices.
Installation
- Open the case from behind and remove the battery insulation
sheet to power on the device before use.
Device Resetting
- If you need to pair your Fingerbot to a new account, perform a
device reset by long-pressing the reset button for 5 seconds until
the blue light flashes.
Device Pairing

Open the App and click the + button on the upper right
corner. -
In the Add a device panel, click the sensor button and follow
the instructions to pair the device.
Device Control
-
Once the device is successfully connected, click the ‘Device’
tab at the bottom bar. -
The button representing your Fingerbot will appear in the
device navigation panel. Click it to trigger the Fingerbot’s
default action. -
To enter the device control panel, press the device button.
There are additional options for adjusting the device, such as mode
choice, up/down movement, sustain time, etc. -
For optimal performance, it is recommended to rest the device
for 30 seconds after it performs a click.
Physical Button
The physical button allows the Fingerbot to be activated without
using your phone. Place your finger on the button for at least 0.1
seconds. The Fingerbot will perform the designated action.
Battery Change
The Fingerbot works with a replaceable CR2 3.0V battery. If its
arm does not move as expected, please replace the battery. To
replace the old battery, open the case from behind and ensure the
new one is installed in the correct direction.
Robotic Arm Extension
With its modular design, the Fingerbot’s arm is replaceable to
meet different needs in diverse situations. There are three
Fingerbot arms available in the Fingerbot ToolPack (which should be
purchased separately). Additionally, free 3D printing templates are
provided for designing custom Fingerbot arms. Visit www.meshhub.io
to download the digital files.
Warnings
-
The product is not waterproof, so it should not be installed on
an underwater appliance. -
Avoid using the product in a humid and high-temperature
environment due to the presence of a battery. -
Avoid obstructing the movement of the Fingerbot’s arm when it
is working to prevent damage to the motor inside.
Voice Assistant Setup
You can connect your Adaprox smart devices, including the
Fingerbot, to third-party voice assistants such as Apple Siri,
Google Home, and Amazon Alexa for a more convenient experience.
