Product Usage Instructions

Installation
To power on the Fingerbot, open the case from behind and remove the battery insulation sheet before use.

Device Resetting
If you need to pair the Fingerbot with a new account, perform a device reset by long-pressing the reset button for 5 seconds until the blue light flashes.

Device Pairing
Open the App, click the + button, select the sensor button in the Add a device panel, and follow the instructions to pair the Fingerbot.

Device Control
Once connected, navigate to the ‘Device’ tab in the app. Click on the Fingerbot icon to trigger its default action. You can also enter the device control panel for more options like mode choice and timing adjustments.

Physical Button Activation
You can activate the Fingerbot using the physical button by placing your finger on it for at least 0.1 seconds.

Battery Change
If the Fingerbot’s arm does not move as expected, replace the CR2 3.0V battery. Open the case from behind, remove the old\ battery, and install the new one correctly.

Robotic Arm Extension
The Fingerbot’s modular design allows for arm replacement. Additional arms can be purchased or designed using provided 3D printing templates.

  • Avoid obstructing the Fingerbot’s arm during operation to prevent damage.

Instructions

The Fingerbot is touted as the world’s smallest robot capable of smartly controlling various types of buttons and switches. It enables users to control home appliances, schedule activities, activate devices via voice command, and power on appliances remotely, all through the Fingerbot.

Installation

Installation instructions indicate that the Adaprox Home app is used for controlling MeshHub devices. Users can search for “MeshHub” in the mobile application store to install the app.

Power
To power the device, users are instructed to open the case from behind and remove the battery insulation sheet before use.

Resetting
If linking the Fingerbot to a new account, a reset is required by long- pressing the reset button for 5 seconds until a blue light flashes.

Pairing
To pair the device, users are instructed to open the Adaprox Home App, click the “+” button in the upper right corner, then click the sensor button in the “Add a device” panel and follow the instructions.

Control
Once the device is connected, users can click the ‘Device’ tab at the bottom bar to access the control panel for the Fingerbot, which will be represented by a button within the app. The device control panel provides various adjustment options, such as mode choice, up/down movement, and sustain time.

Physical Button
The Fingerbot can be activated without a phone by pressing the physical button for at least 0.1 seconds.

Installation
For installing the Fingerbot, users should clean the surface of the button panel where the Fingerbot will be installed, attach it using the double-sided tape provided, and calibrate the movement of the Fingerbot’s robotic arm through the app. The ‘Down Movement’ parameter should be set to enable the arm to press the button effectively.

Battery Change
The Fingerbot operates with a replaceable CR2 3.0V battery. If the arm movement is not as expected, the battery should be replaced. Users must open the case from behind to replace the battery, ensuring the new one is installed correctly.

Robotic Arm Extension

With a modular design, the Fingerbot’s arm is replaceable to suit different needs. There are three Fingerbot arms available, and users can also access free 3D printing templates to design their Fingerbot arms.

Warnings
The Fingerbot is not waterproof and should not be installed on underwater appliances. It should not be used in humid or high-temperature environments. Interference with the arm’s movement while operating could damage the motor.

Voice Assistant Setup
