FITTING
-
Carefully roll the foam eartip on the stem/sound port.

Insert the eartip into your ear as deeply as comfortable.

Slightly rotate earbud until it is secure in the bowl of your ear.

Make the earbud rest tightly next to your inner ear edge.

Gently wrap the comfort-fit earhooks around the top and back of your ears.
POWER ON/OFF
METHOD ONE
- Power ON: Open charging case
- Power OFF: Place earbuds into charging case and close the lid
METHOD TWO
- Power ON: In OFF mode, press and hold multi-function button (MFB) for 3 seconds
- Power OFF: In ON mode, press and hold multi-function button (MFB) for 3 seconds
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
After powering on, the earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth Pairing
Mode. Look for quick red and blue flashes from the earbud as a confirmation.
Open the Bluetooth settings on your device. Search for “ISOtunes ULTRACOMM
Aware.” Pair and connect. You will hear “Bluetooth Connected” once connected.
Open your Bluetooth settings on your device.
Search “ISOtunes ULTRACOMM Aware” Pair and connect. Once connected you will
hear “Bluetooth Connected.”
USER CONTROLS
BLUETOOTH VOLUME
Control your entertainment volume via your connected device.
For example, control your music volume via your phone’s button controls.
PHONE CALLS
BOOM MIC
When inserting the boom mic to either earbud, be sure to align the arrow on the boom mic’s audio jack to **the arrow on the earbud.
**
For crystal clear communication, ensure that the arrow on the microphone
end of the boom mic is facing your mouth.
Even in loud environments, the boom mic is capable of enabling crystal clear communication. To ensure that you can hear clearly during phone calls, ULTRACOMM Aware will turn off Aware Technology™ on a phone call with the boom mic plugged in.
CHARGING
Up to 8 hour battery life + 3 full charges with case
There are three batteries to charge:
- Charging Case Battery
- Left Earbud Battery
- Right Earbud Battery
Charging the Earbuds
Place earbuds into the charging case. The earbuds’ indicator light should be
solid red, indicating that the earbuds are charging.
Ensure that the earbuds are seated correctly against the charging case prongs. If not seated correctly, earbuds may not properly charge.
Charging the Case
Insert USB-C charging cable to charge the case.
The charging case battery indicator light on the front will flash to indicate
charge level.
AWARE TECHNOLOGY
Amplification shuts off completely during harmful impact and continuous noise.
ULTRACOMM Aware has 4 levels of Aware: High, medium, low, and off
The levels are changed by tapping the left earbud on the top of the center panel. Increase the volume by tapping once, or decrease the volume by tapping twice. A single beep means that the level has successfully been raised/lowered. A double beep means that the highest or lowest Aware level has been reached.
When utilizing the boom mic and listening to music, Aware Technology will remain useable and active, based on the user’s adjustment. Once a call is taken or the earbuds are connected to a communication device, Aware Technology will turn off. As this device is focused on use in loud environments, this feature is meant to allow the user to hear the digital communication via earbud more clearly.
Hearing static noise through your earbuds is normal. Aware amplifies outside noises. If there is static or white noise in your environment, Aware Technology™ is likely magnifying it from the surroundings. As with most hearing aids or enhancers, it may take time to adjust to the enhanced sound.
FACTORY RESET
For issues with with powering off, pairing, or multi-function button functionality we recommend a factory reset. As a result, Bluetooth will be disconnected and the device will need to be repaired.
- Remove “ISOtunes ULTRACOMM Aware” from your paired Bluetooth devices in your smartphone.
- With the case open and both earbuds in the case, press and hold the button on the back of the case for ten seconds.
- LED lights on the earbuds will quickly flash blue and red to indicate a successful pairing reset.
- Follow the Bluetooth pairing instructions to re-pair your device.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Eartips should be regularly inspected for deterioration, cracking, or other
damage. Eartips are disposable and should be replaced over time. We recommend
replacing them every 1- 3 months or when they become damaged.

- Clean your ISOtunes ULTRACOMM Aware by gently wiping them with a clean, damp cloth with mild soap.
- Do not immerse the earbuds in water.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the earbuds.
- If the earbuds get wet from sweat or rain, please discontinue use and allow them to dry.
