Fixed bracket installation instruction

  1. Paste the feeder on fish tank cover by Velcro double-sided sticker.
  2. Fixed on stiffened glass plate or surface edge by bracketFEELSPOT FS FF01W Smart Fish Feeder - Fixed1
  3. Align the slots (Notice the round and right angles) and press the feeder down by using palm strength.
  4. Insert the bracket slot ① into connector slot ②; There have two installation directions for bracket.

Desiccant installation

  1. Fold the desiccant
  2. Place the folded desiccant in the installation place of back cover.
  3. Fasten the buckle

Feeding setting

The feeding amount can be adjusted by push up or pull down the slide.

  1. Press down the slide;
  2. Then push it up.

smarties APP configuration instruction

Install the APP
Please use smartphone to scan the QR code which in the last page of manual to download ‘smarties’ APP. (Search ‘smarties’ in App Store for iOS system. Search ‘smarties’ in major APP store for Android system)

Default mode (EZ mode) network configuration

  1. Please confirm that the Wi-Fi network is available. Tap ‘+’ which in upper right corner and select ‘Add Manually’. Then select ‘Fish Feeder’. Or select ‘Auto Scan’. Please confirm that the indicator has fast flashed (twice per second) after follow step 2 to operate. Tap ‘Start scanning’ – ‘Configuring Wi-Fi’. Type in the password for connected Wi-Fi and waiting for the connection.  

  2. After power on, long press Wi-Fi configuration button about 8 seconds and release until the indicator fast flashes

  3. In the network configuration interface, tap ‘Confirm indicator rapidly blink’ and type in password for connected Wi-Fi, then tap ‘Confirm’ to connect. (If select ‘Auto Scan’ in step 1 then ignore step 3 and enter step 4)

  4. After connected, the indicator will light on all the time. Back to ‘Home’ and find the added device in ‘All Devices’ in the APP to feel more operating experience.

Compatibility mode (AP mode) network configuration

  1. Please follow the method of network configuration for default mode to do step 1 and 2. And confirm that the indicator has fast flashed (about twice per second).
  2.  Long press Wi-Fi network configuration button about 8 seconds and release until the indicator start blinks slowly (about once per three seconds)
  3. In the network configuration distribution interface, tap ‘Other Mode’ in upper right corner and select ‘AP Mode’. Tap ‘Confirm indicator slowly blink’, type in Wi-Fi password then tap ‘Confirm’. Tap ‘Go to connect’ to enter Wi-Fi network selection interface. Change the Wi-Fi connection to ‘ShareLife-XXXX’ (XXXX means characters which appear randomly). Back to smarties APP to enter the device connection.
  4. After connected, the indicator will light on all the time. Back to ‘Home’  and find the added device in ‘All Devices’ in the APP to feel more operating experience.

Technical support and using help

  1. Please open ‘smarties’ and tap ‘Me’ which in lower right corner. Tap ‘FAQ & Feedback’ and ‘All’. Select the added device to get the solution for common problem. If still can’t solve the issue you met, please contact us by step 2. We  will reply you asap within working time.
  2. You can tap ‘Me’ – ‘FAQ & Feedback’ and ‘Report Issue’ in lower right corner. Write down the issue you met in detail and tap ‘Submit’. Our technical team will reply you in the shortest time and provide technical support and guidance.
