HUBBLE LITHIUM HV-615 High Voltage Cabinet

Assembling the Top panel, Bottom panel and Frame

1. Align the Top Panel and Bottom Panel with the Frame.
   

2. Using the Hex Socket set screws M8x12 to attach them.
   

Installing the Caster on the BOTTOM panel and the Cover Board on the

Cable Entry on the TOP panel

1. Use the tapping screws M5x10 to attach the Caster to the Bottom Panel.
   

2. Use the tapping screws M4x8 to attach the Cover Board on the Cable Entry on the Top Panel.
   

Installing the Fan Tray under the TOP panel

1. Use the tapping screws M5x10 to attach the Fan Tray under the Top Panel.
   

Installing the Mounting Angle

1. Install the Bayonet-type nut M6 on the Frame and then use the Allen screw M6x10 to connect the Mounting Angle and Frame tightly.

Note: 4 pcs mounting angle (below 32U) | 6 pcs mounting angle (above 32U)

Installing the Mounting Profile

1. Install the Bayonet-type nut M6 on the Mounting Angle and then use the Allen screw M6x10 to connect the Mounting Profile and Mounting Angle.
   

Installing the Fixed Shelf and Cover Board on the BOTTOM panel

1. Install the Bayonet-type nut M6 on the Fixed Shelf Mounting Profile and then use the Allen screw M6x10 to connect the Fixed Shelf and Mounting Profile.
   

2. Use the tapping screws M4x8 to attach the Cover Board on the Bottom Panel.
   

Installing the Back Door and Front Door

1. Install the Rotational Pin for the Back Rotational Door on the Bottom Side and then insert the Down Bolt to aim at the Hole on the Top Panel.
   

2. Repeat the steps for the Front Door.

Installing the Side Panels

1. Insert the Clips in the middle of the Side Panels using two hands, and then push the Side Panels into the Frame.

Note: The Clips must be in line with the Clip-holes of the Frame.

Installing the Adjustable Feet on the BOTTOM panel

1. On the Bottom Panel of the Cabinet, install Adjustable Feet with a wrench.

CONGRATULATIONS!

Once all the above steps have been completed your High Voltage Cabinet will be ready to use!
