USER MANUAL
Quick Start
1. Remove film and place earpieces into case
2. Charge for 2 hours before usage
3. Open lid to automatically enter pairing mode
4. Go to device’s Bluetooth menu and select “AIREWAVE PRO”

Replacing the Earhooks

1. Remove the original earhooks as shown
2. Identify the left and right markings on the new earhooks
3. Align each earhook with the groove on the corresponding earpiece and slide it in until it snaps into place

Decline incoming call
Call Waiting:
- Press and hold the left or right earpiece for 2 seconds to reject a second incoming call.
- Tap 1x on the left or right earpiece to hold the current call and answer the second incoming call. In the hold state, press and hold for 2 seconds to switch between calls.
- Double tap on the left or right earpiece to hang up the current one and answer the second call.
Charging the Earpieces
Place the earpieces into the case to initiate charging.
The charging indicator light for each earpiece is displayed on the front of the case.
The first light represents the left earpiece, and the fourth light represents the right earpiece.
- When the battery is less than 10%, alarm every 5 minutes, remaining about 30 minutes until turn off.
- When the battery is less than 5%, the low-battery earpiece is turned off, and the other earpiece can be used independently. If it is a secondary earpiece, it will automatically switch to the host.

Charging the Case
The case can be charged using the provided USB-C cable, or wirelessly using a wireless charging pad (not included).
The lights on the front of the case will flash in order until the case reaches 100% charge.

Pairing
The AIREWAVE PRO will automatically enter pairing mode when using them for the first time.
You can also initiate pairing mode by pressing and holding the sync button on the case until the case lights flash (approximately 10s).

1. Remove the plastic film from each earpiece and place them back into the case
2. Close the lid and wait 5 seconds
3. Open the lid to enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing red and blue lights on each earpiece.
4. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your device and select “AIREWAVE PRO”
5. Once pairing is complete, the indicator lights on the earpieces will stop flashing red and blue.
*Reconnect beyond distance
If the AIREWAVE PRO is disconnected from the phone over a long distance, return to the effective distance within 10 minutes, and the AIREWAVE PRO will automatically reconnect; it will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of no connection or operation;

In TWS mode, the right earpiece is the host by default, and the one taken out first is switched to the host.
If the host is put into the case and the lid is not closed, the other earpiece that’s on switches to the host. -
When both the left and right earpieces are placed in the charging case, the sound pickup will automatically switch to the phone.
Subsequent Use
The AIREWAVE PRO will automatically reconnect to the last paired Bluetooth device upon opening the case lid.
*If your AIREWAVE PRO do not auto-reconnect, you can initiate reconnection by performing the following steps:
- Place the earpieces back into the case and close the lid
- Wait 5 seconds
- Reopen the lid and select “AIREWAVE PRO” from the list of your paired devices in your Bluetooth menu.
Pairing Another Device
To pair the AIREWAVE PRO to a new Bluetooth device, first unpair the AIREWAVE PRO from your original device using its Bluetooth menu or turn off the Bluetooth functionality on the original device altogether.
The AIREWAVE PRO will automatically enter pairing mode if a previously paired device is not found.
Select “AIREWAVE PRO” in the Bluetooth menu of the new device you wish to pair to complete the pairing process.
Factory Reset
A factory reset can be used to restore all features to their factory settings and delete all previous Bluetooth pairings from memory.
- Place the earpieces into the case
- Press and hold the sync button on the case until the earpieces flash red two times (approximately 10s).Once the reset is complete, the earpieces will go directly into pairing mode.
