Introduction
It is a FM Radio Amplifier Mono FM Music Player Handmade Wooden Assembly
Experimental Equipment. It uses a wooden casing to create a very primitive
FMradio. It can play music from FM radio with the 3W 4ohm speaker produce
clear and loud sound. The use of screws for fixation makes installation very
convenient and simple.

Installation Steps(Please be patient)
1 >.Step 1: Remove all available boards from the 4 wooden boards. Be
careful not todamage the wooden board. 2 >.Step 2: Fix 1pcs 3W 4ohm
Speaker on Wooden Board by 4pcs M24mmScrew.
3 >.Step 3: Paste double-sided adhesive on the back of the FM Radio
Receiver Module. 4>.
Step 4: Paste and fix FM Radio Receiver Module on another Wooden Board by
4pcsM27mm Screw. Note:Loosen the screws slightly and do not tighten themtoo
tightly.
5 >.Step 5: Fix 1pcs AA2 Battery Box on another Wooden Board by 2pcs
M24mmScrew.
6 >.Step 6: Splicing wooden boards from battery box and FM receiver. Connect
the battery socket while placing the wires in the wiring slot.
7 >.Step 7: Fix FM Antenna gasket by by 2pcs M2*6mm Screw. 8 >
.Step 8: Fix FM Antenna and gasket from FM Radio Receiver Module by 1pcs
M2*7mm Screw. 9 >.Step 9: Insert fixed small bracket. 10>.Step 10:
Connect the 3W 4ohm Speaker to FM Radio Receiver Module. 11 >.Step 11:*
Splicing wooden boards from FM receiver and speaker. 12>.Step 12: Fix TOP
wooden board by 2pcs M27mm Screw. Note: Align each
installation hole. 13 >.Step 13: Slowly bend the wooden board to avoid
breaking and then fix by 2pcs
M2*10mm Screw. 14 >.Step 14: Fix Bottom wooden board by 2pcs M2*7mm
Screw. 15>.Step 15: Slowly bend the wooden board to avoid breaking and then
fix by 1pcs
*M210mm Screw. 16 >.Step 16: Install 2pcs AA Battery. 17>.Step 17: Fix
the last wooden board by 1pcs M27mm Screw. 18 >.Step 18: Slowly bend the
wooden board to avoid breaking and then fix by 1pcs
M27mm Screw. 19 >.Step 19: Install 4pcs Black Sponge Base on Bottom
wooden board
‘Step 2: Fix 1pcs 3W 4ohm Speaker on Wooden Board by 4pcs M2*4mm Screw.
Step 3: Paste double-sided adhesive on the back of the FM Radio Receiver
Module.
Step 4: Paste and fix FM Radio Receiver Module on another Wooden Board by
4pcs M2*7mm Screw.
Note: Loosen the screws slightly and do not tighten them too tightly.
Step 5: Fix 1 pcs AA*2 Battery Box on another Wooden Board by 2pcs M2`4mm
Screw
Step 6: Splicing wooden boards from battery box and FM receiver. Connect
the battery socket while placing the wires in the wiring slot.
Step 7: Fix FM Antenna gasket by by 2pcs M2’6mm Screw.
Step 8: Fix FM Antenna and gasket from FM Radio Receiver Module by 1pcs
M2*7mm Screw. 1! III
Step 9: Insert fixed small bracket.
Step 10: Connect the 3W 4ohm Speaker to FM Radio Receiver Module.
Step 11: Splicing wooden boards from FM receiver and speaker.
Step 12: Fix TOP wooden board by 2pcs M2*7mm Screw. Note: Align each
installation hole.
Step 13: Slowly bend the wooden board to avoid breaking and then fix by
2pcs MrlOmm Screw.
Step 14: Fix Bottom wooden board by 2pcs M2 7mm Screw.
Step 15: Slowly bend the wooden board to avoid breaking and then fix by
loos MTIOmm Screw.
Step 16: Install 2pcs AA Battery.
Step 17: Fix the last wooden board by 1pcs M2*7mm Screw.
Step 18: Slowly bend the wooden board to avoid breaking and then fix by
1pcs Mr7mm Screw.
Step 19: Install 4pcs Black Sponge Base on Bottom wooden board.
