SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The following are important notes on the installation, use and maintenance; save this instruction manual for future reference; use the equipment only as specified in this guide; any other use is considered improper and dangerous; therefore, the manufacturer cannot be held responsible in the event of damages caused by improper, incorrect or unreasonable use. Before use, ensure the equipment is undamaged; if in doubt, do not attempt to use it and contact the authorized service center; do not leave packing materials (i.e. plastic bags, polystyrene foam, nails, staples, etc.) within the reach of children as they are potential sources of danger; always remember that they must be separately collected. Make sure that the rating information given on the technical label are compatible with those of the electricity grid; the installation must be performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions considering the maximum power of the appliance as shown on the label; an incorrect installation may cause damage to people, animals or things, for which the manufacturer cannot be considered responsible thereof. If it is necessary to use adapters, multiple sockets or electrical extensions, use only those that comply with current safety standards; in any case do not exceed the power consumption limits indicated on the electrical adapter and / or extensions, as well as the maximum power shown on multiple adaptor. Do not leave the unit plugged; better to remove the plug from the mains when the device is not in use. Always disconnect from power supply if you leave it unattended. Cleaning operations should be carried out after unplugging the unit. If the unit is out of order and you do not want to fix it, it must be made inoperable by cutting power cord.
- Do not allow the power cord to get closer to sharp objects or in contact with hot surfaces; do not pull it to disconnect the plug.
- Do not use the appliance in the event of damage to the power cord, plug, or in case of short circuits; to repair the product only address an authorized service center.
- Do not handle or touch the appliance with wet hands or bare feet. Do not expose the appliance to harmful weather conditions such as rain, moisture, frost, etc.. Always store it in a dry place.
- This appliance can be used by children of 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they received supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand hazards involved; children shall not play with the appliance; cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Children must not play with the appliance.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
If the power cord is damaged, or in case of failure and / or malfunction do not tamper with the unit. The reparation must be done by manufacturer or by service center authorized by the manufacturer in order to prevent any risk. Failure to comply with the above may compromise the unit safety and invalidate the warranty.
WARNING: This appliance includes heating function. Do not cover. Keep space on sides when using. Surfaces, other than functional surfaces may develop high temperatures. Since temperatures are perceived differently by different people, this device should be used with CAUTION. Hold the appliance exclusively to grip surfaces intended to be touched.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; farm houses, bed and breakfast type environments.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- Before every use, unroll the power cord.
- Use original spare parts and accessories only.
- Do not subject the product to strong impacts, serious damages may result.
- Do not use near or under flammable materials (like curtains), heat, cold spots and steam.
GENERAL INFORMATION
When you first use it, take out the steam repeatedly, to remove any manufacturing residue. Do not leave the product unattended when in use. Keep the power cord free of knots and tangles. Do not wrap the power cord around the product, either before or after use. When inside the boiler there is enough pressure to produce steam, do not screw the cap off. Once pressure decreases, the cap can be opened. When the water is finished, the unit will automatically shut down to prevent damage.
CAUTION: if you want to open the tank, wait a few minutes and then unscrew the cap very slowly so to release residual steam from the tank. Do not use the device as a heating unit. Always unplug before you fill or empty the tank. We recommend the use of distilled water to avoid excessive fouling (not covered by warranty). Do not overfill the water tank and do not to introduce into the tank mixtures for removing stain, vinegar, descaling agents or chemicals in general. Use provided measuring cup and funnel to fill the tank; do not supply it directly under the tap or with cold liquids. Do not expose the product to high temperatures and do not place it near heat sources. Do not immerse in water or other liquids; always clean it with a damp cloth. Fill the tank when you notice a decrease in the jet of steam. Before filling the tank, disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet. When using, do not tilt over 45°. Do not direct the flow of steam towards people, animals, electrical equipment,
CAUTION: the steam outlet nozzle becomes very hot: be careful not to burn yourself. Do not put your face in front of the steam coming out of the nozzle.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the appliance, ensure that the power cord is not damaged and there are no signs of failure or malfunction. If any issues are found, do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. Contact the manufacturer or a service center for assistance.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 8 years old. Children must not play with the appliance.
- To operate the steam cleaner:
- Empty any residual water at the end of each use.
- Wait for the boiler to fully heat up before using the steam function.
- Prior to cleaning a specific area of the product, ensure that the power plug is disconnected.
- To refill the water tank:
- Unscrew the cap counterclockwise.
- Use the provided funnel and measuring cup to fill the tank with water, ensuring not to exceed the maximum capacity of 250ml.
- Screw the cap back on and connect the power plug to the outlet. The control light will indicate the heating process.
- For the first use or after a long period of non-use, it is recommended to expel steam for approximately 2 minutes on a cloth using the steam emission button. This helps remove any processing residues and limestone.
- To use the steam function:
- Press the steam emission button. The button has two safety systems:
- Automatic release: Steam will only be emitted when the button is pressed. Release the button to stop the emission.
- Safety lock: The button can be locked by moving the safety lock in the center of the button.
- Drain any remaining water after each use.
- Wait for the boiler to fully heat up before using the steam function.
- Caution: Do not fill the tank completely (maximum 250ml) as this can prevent steam formation and cause water leaks.
- When the steam power fails, the water tank needs to be refilled:
- Disconnect the power plug from the outlet.
- Press the steam emission button until all the steam has been released.
- Slowly unscrew and remove the cap, being cautious of the steam.
- Allow the unit to cool down for 5 minutes.
- Use the provided funnel and measuring cup to refill the tank with water, then secure the cap.
OPERATING
The device can be used to disinfect and sterilize surfaces, clean clothes, doors, windows, mirrors, remove the dirt in the grooves between tiles, etc. …
- Unscrew the cap (3) by turning it counterclockwise.
- To fill the tank, insert the funnel (8) and enter the water using the measuring cup (9, 150ml capacity) without exceeding the maximum capacity of the tank (250ml).
- Screw the cap and connect the plug to the power outlet. The control lamp (7) will light on and the boiler starts heating up. WARNING: after about 4 minutes the control light (7) goes off, which means that the boiler is ready to produce steam.
- On first use, or if the product did not operate for a long time, it is recommended to expel steam by using the proper button (4) for about 2 minutes on a cloth. This will eject processing residues and limestone.
- For using the steam, press the steam emission button (4). The button has 2 safety systems:
- Automatic release: steam exits only when you press the button, if you release the emission will stop.
- Safety lock: you can block button moving the safety lock that is in the centre of the button.
- It is recommended to drain the remaining water after each use.
When you use the unit with steam emission, wait until the complete heating of the boiler. CAUTION: do not fill the tank completely (max 250ml) since this operation prevent the steam formation and causes water leaks.
ACCESSORIES

Main spout (12) , for a long and localized jet of steam.
Assembling: Align the “I” mark on the spout (12) with the sign “II” (Figure 1) and then turn the nozzle clockwise until it locks. To remove it, turn it counterclockwise. -
Flexible hose (13), to expand the range.
Assembling it in the same way as the main spout. The spout (12) can be mounted on the hose (13). -
Round brush (10), to remove encrusted dirt thanks to the bristles.
Installation: Mount the main spout (12) or the extension hose (13) and then insert the brush (10) at the end, blocking it with the hexagonal joint (Figure III). -
90° nozzle (11), to reach nooks and crannies.
Assembling: Mount the spout (12), the flexible hose (13) and then insert the 90° nozzle (11) in the end, fixing it with the hexagonal joint (Figure III). -
Brush (14), suitable for cleaning various kind of surfaces.
Same assembling as the spout. You can cover the brush (14) with the cloth (16) to improve the performance and sensitivity of cleaning. -
Windows and door brush (15).
Assembling: must be mounted on the brush (14). First align (figure IV) the joints in the back of the brush (14) with the tabs of the mirror brush (15), then fix it (15) by framing the front tab to the body of the brush (figure V).

REFILLING THE WATER TANK
When steam power fails, the water tank must be supplied.
- Disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet
- Press the steam emission button (4) until all the steam has come out.
- Press the cap (3) and unscrew it slowly, being careful not to burn yourself with the steam coming out.
- Allow the unit to complete cool down for 5 minutes
- Fill in the tank with water by using the provided funnel and measuring cup, then secure the cap.
CLEANING
CAUTION Before cleaning any part of the appliance, make sure that the plug is disconnected from the electrical outlet and that every part of the unit has cooled down. The main body can be cleaned with a damp cloth and neutral detergent and then wiped with a dry cloth. Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids. The accessories can be washed under the jet of tap water; dry them completely before re-assembling them to the unit.
