Before using this device, please read the instruction manual carefully.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep this instruction manual, the packing and your receipt. If you give or sell the product to a third party, please make sure that you also hand out this instruction manual.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, only if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are old than 8 years and supervised.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under the age of 8 years.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- This appliance is for household use only.
- This appliance is for indoor use only. Do not use the appliance outdoors, keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, open fire or high humidity and never operate it with wet hands.
- Always pull the plug out from the power socket when you do not use the appliance, and clean it after each usage.
- Never leave the appliance unattended, protecting children from the dangers posed by electrical appliances.
- Make sure that the cord does not hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Never use the appliance if it is damaged.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Always operate the appliance on an even, horizontal surface. Keep at least 10 cm of space on all sides of the appliance to allow adequate air circulation.
- The outer surface of the appliance can be hot when it is working. Please do not touch outer surface by you hand.
- To avoid the danger of fire, never leave the appliance unattended.
- Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than it’s intended use.
- The use of accessories or attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause hazards.
- Do not move the appliance when it is hot.
- Do not attempt to remove food when the appliance is in operation.
- Do not try to repair the appliance on your own, always contact our service agent to repair or change the appliance.
WARNING: This electrical appliance contains heating function surfaceses,
which are hot when using, also further part of the appliance can be hot. Since
temperatures are differently perceived by different persons, this equipment
shall be used with
CAUTION. The equipment shall be touch only at intended handles and
gripping surfaces, and use heat protection like gloves. Surfaces other than
intended gripping surfaces shall get sufficiently time to the cool down before
getting touched.
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove all packaging material.
- Clean the exterior of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth.
- Clean the supplied cooking plates in warm suds. Dry them thoroughly before replacing them on the appliance.
- For the very first usage, make the appliance heating without any food for about 5-10 minutes. There may be slight smoke or smell. This is normal and harmless. Due to the manufacturing process, it is normal that the appliance may emit smoke when turning on for the first time.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the appliance on a stable, level and heatproof surface.
- Select the desired set of cooking plates: grilling, sandwich or waffle; and then attach the cooking plates to the appliance.
- Close the appliance, and then connect the appliance to the power outlet.
- The red and green indicator both light up, indicating that the preheating turns on. The preheating takes approximately five minutes. When the green ready indicator goes off, indicating the temperature is perfect for cooking, the appliance is ready for use.
- Open the appliance, and place your prepared food on the bottom plate, and then close the appliance. The green ready indicator comes on again.
- The green light goes off indicated the food is done. You can also check that your food is ready while it is cooking. Normally, cooking takes 3-5 minutes for sandwiches and 6-8 minutes for waffles.
- Open the appliance and remove the food with a spatula (not included). Never use fork, knife or other sharp utensils to remove the food as this would damage the non-stick coating of grilling surface. Use wood or heat-resistant plastic utensils only.
- Disconnect the appliance from the power outlet after use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Be aware that parts of the appliance become very hot during operation.
Unplug and wait for it to completely cool down before cleaning. -
Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

Wipe the grill plate with a soft damp cloth every time after use. If it is difficult to remove residues, little oil can soften them.

After removing from the appliance, clean the cooking plates in warm water. Dry them thoroughly before putting them back in the appliance.

Clean regularly, surfaces in contact with food to avoid cross contamination from different types of food.

Do not use degreasing spray, scouring agents, sharp tools or abrasive sponges, as this may damage the non-stick coating or the outer surface of the appliance.

- Always unplug the appliance before storage.
- Always make sure the appliance is cool and dry before storage.
- The power cord can be wrapped around at the bottom of base for storing.
