Instruction Manual
Scope
This product is designed for cutting thick- and thin-walled plastic tubes and
moulding of up to 35mm (1 3 /8″) in diameter.
Any other application beyond the conditions established for use will be
considered misuse. Draper Tools accepts no responsibility for improper use of
this product.
Important: DO NOT use this tool to cut reinforced materials. If the blade
does not penetrate the workpiece, do not continue to use the tool. Example
cross-sections of compatible cutting profiles.
Health and Safety Instructions
WARNING! Keep your hands clear of the blade and cutting area while in use.
- ALWAYS retract the blade when not in use.
- DO NOT allow untrained users to operate this product.
- Keep this product out of reach of children.
- Store this product in a clean and dry environment, out of direct sunlight.
Operating Instructions

Place the material to be cut into the tool jaw, with the blade (1) directed at the vertical centre of the workpiece.

Squeeze the trigger (2) slowly and repeatedly to extend the blade and cut the material.
Important: DO NOT turn the workpiece while performing the cut.

Press the blade release button (3) to retract the blade. Important: DO NOT squeeze the trigger while pushing the blade release button.
Replacing the Blade

Fully extend the blade by squeezing the trigger at least eight times.

Unscrew the retaining screw (4) and remove the blade guard (5).

Lift the blade (1) out the cutter body.
