Product Information
The product is the VirtuFit Massage Gun, model M2 VF11002. It is designed to provide relief and relaxation to various muscle groups in the body. The massage gun comes with different massage heads, including a round head for relaxing large muscle groups such as the back, legs, and waist; a bullet head for relieving pain in soft tissue, knees, and joints; a flat head for relaxing muscles of the whole body, and a fork head for relieving stiffness of the cervical spine (neck).
The massage gun has a rechargeable battery and features an LED screen for displaying information. It has a built-in safety feature that automatically switches off after 20 minutes of use to prevent prolonged massage at the same point and protect bones and muscles.
The warranty period for this product is 1 year from the day of purchase, and it is valid for normal recreational use. The warranty does not cover articles used for rental purposes.
Product Usage Instructions
Charging
- Fully charge the battery before first use, which may take up to6 hours.
- Charge the battery when it is low.
Turning on and off
- To turn on the massage gun, press the ‘+’ button.
- To turn off the massage gun, press and hold the power button.
Massage Head
- Round Head
- Relax large muscle groups, such as back, legs and waist.
- Bullet Head
- Relieves pain in soft tissue, knees and joints.
- Flat Head
- Relax muscles of the whole body.
- Fork Head
- Relieves stiffness of the cervical spine (neck).
Using the Massage Gun
- Ensure that the massage gun is not being used while charging.
- The massage gun will automatically switch off after 20 minutes of use. Press the ‘+’ button to restart it.
- Adjust the speed and pressure applied during use according to personal preference.
Safety Instructions
WARNING: Please consult your doctor before starting exercise. This is particularly important for persons with health problems. Read all instructions before using the device. VirtuFit takes no responsibility for any injuries or property damage suffered as a result of using this equipment. To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire or personal injury, this equipment should be used under the following instructions.
- For adult use only.
- Use only on a dry and clean body over clothing.
- Use only on soft tissue without causing pain or soreness. Do not use on the head or hard parts of the body or if injured.
- Press and move lightly for about 60 seconds per body part.
- Use only the attachments that give the best and desired effect.
- Bruising may occur regardless of the setting of the device or the pressure applied. Check the treated areas regularly and stop immediately in case of pain or discomfort.
- Keep fingers and hair away from the back and ventilation opening of the device, as entrapment may occur.
- Do not place objects in the ventilation opening of the device.
- Keep the device dry, free of dust and dirt and do not use water.
- Do not drop the device and use it carefully.
- Charge the device only with the original charger supplied. Do not use while charging.
- Never use or charge the appliance unattended
- Check the device and battery carefully before each use.
WARNING: Do not use the device without your doctor’s approval in the following cases: pregnancy, diabetes with complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, pacemaker wear, recent surgery, epilepsy or migraines, hernias, recent joint replacements or IUDs, metal pins or plates or other concerns about your physical health. Vulnerable persons and children should be accompanied by an adult when using the device. Research is ongoing on the effects of vibration exercises for specific medical conditions. Vibration exercises in a treatment plan is advisable in some cases. This should be done on the advice of and under the supervision of a doctor, specialist or physiotherapist.
GUARANTEE
The warranty period for this item is 1 year from the day of purchase. The
guarantee is only valid when this article is used for activities and normal
recreational use and does not cover articles used for rental purposes.
Warranty claims are excluded if the cause of the defect is due to
- If an item or part is deemed defective by VirtuFit, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of only the defective item or part. VirtuFit is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of this product.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, damage caused by excessive exposure to heat or water, damage caused by improper handling and storage, damage caused by transportation, defective device caused by dropping and damage caused by anything other than defects in materials and workmanship.
- Damage exceeding the cost of the product.
- This warranty is invalid if any unauthorised repair, alteration or modification has taken place to any part of the device
- The warranty for repaired or replacement parts is valid from the date of original purchase.
- In case of improper use, neglect and/or poor maintenance.
- Failure to maintain the item in accordance with factory instructions.
USE
NOTE: The Massage Gun cannot be used while charging and automatically
switches off after 20 minutes of use. Press ‘+’ to restart the Massage Gun.
Turning on and off
- Switch the device on by turning the on/off switch on the bottom of the device to “ON”.
- Press “+” or “-” to adjust the speed. The blue numbers on the LED display indicate the power level.
- Massage the desired body part at the desired speed, applying light pressure if necessary.
- Switch the device off by turning the on/off switch to “OFF”.
NOTE: To protect bones and muscles and prevent prolonged massage at the same point, the Massage Gun switches off automatically after 20 minutes of use. Massage Head (FIG. A)
Changing Massage Head
- Push the massage head into the device
- Pull out and remove the massage head
- Push the new massage head into the device
NOTE: The massage head does not need to be rotated after pushing the massage head into the device. The different massage heads are explained in FIG. A.
LED-screen
- Press “+” when the touch screen is lit to start.
- Press “+” or “-” to adjust the speed. If “-” is held down, the motor will go slower and slower until it stops.
CHARGING
NOTE: Fully charge the battery before first use (max 6 hours). Then
charge the battery when it is low.
Charging
- Connect the end of the USB to USB-C charging cable to the device’s charging port and plug the cable into the USB port.
- The battery indicator light flashes to indicate battery level and charging. When the indicator light stops flashing and stays on, the battery is fully charged.
- Disconnect the charger. If the device is left on the charger for too long while the battery is full, the battery power will decrease. The LED display shows the battery level.
NOTE
- The battery can be charged at any time and at any battery level.
- It is not recommended to leave the battery fully discharged.
- The average usage time is 2+ hours, depending on the speed level and pressure applied during use.
