JoJo Backup Water Solutions
Product Information
The Backup Water Solutions is a system designed for household use, providing a backup water supply. It includes various components to suit different needs and water sources. The system can be automated with additional components for better management.
The basic components included in the system are as follows:
- Tank: A slimline tank (750/1,000 liters for small-scale solution, 2,700 liters for medium-scale solution, or 5,250 liters for large-scale solution) is provided to store the backup water.
- Concrete Slab: A concrete slab is included to support the tank.
- Pipes and Plumbing: Necessary pipes and plumbing fittings are provided for water flow and connection.
- Float Valve Kit: A float valve kit is included to control the water level in the tank and prevent overflow.
- Pump: A booster pump (0.37kW for small-scale solution, 0.75kW VSD pump for medium-scale solution, or 1.5kW VSD pump for large-scale solution) is provided to pump water from the source to the tank.
- Pump Cover: A cover is included to protect the pump from external elements.
For an automated system, additional components such as gate valves (to isolate components) and non-return valves (to prevent back pressure) are required.
The system can be customized based on individual preferences and setup.
A guide and cost estimate for basic components required.
Product Usage Instructions
- Determine the scale of the solution required based on your household needs and water consumption.
- Choose the appropriate tank size (750/1,000 liters for small-scale solution, 2,700 liters for medium-scale solution, or 5,250 liters for large-scale solution) and ensure a suitable location for installation.
- Prepare a concrete slab to support the tank and ensure stability.
- Install the necessary pipes and plumbing fittings to connect the water source to the tank.
- Attach the float valve kit to the tank to control the water level and prevent overflow.
- Install the pump (0.37kW for small-scale solution, 0.75kW VSD pump for medium-scale solution, or 1.5kW VSD pump for large-scale solution) to pump water from the source to the tank.
- Cover the pump with the provided pump cover to protect it from external elements.
- If desired, add additional components like gate valves and non-return valves to create an automated system for better management.
