Alfresco XE-30GTC Dual-Zone Griddle

Product Information

The XE-30GTC is a griddle that can be mounted on a cart for easy mobility. It comes with the necessary hardware and tools for installation. The griddle is designed to provide a convenient cooking surface for various foods.

Referenced Hardware:

  • 2 200-0064: 1/4-20 x 1/2 Truss HD Philips Screw
  • 2 200-0087: Pressure Washer
  • 2 200-0092: 1/4 X 1/8 X 5/8 Flat Washer Spacer
  • 2 200-0267: Screw
  • 2 200-0219: Bolt
  • 1 210-0269: Power Cord Strain Relief

Product Usage Instructions

Mounting the Griddle on the Cart:

  1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the Truss HD Philips Screw indicated in the figure above.
  2. Lock the cart wheels to prevent movement.
  3. With the help of a partner, place the griddle on top of the cart, aligning it with the mounting hole locations shown in Figure 1.
  4. Secure the griddle to the cart by following the steps below:
  5. Insert the Washer Spacer between the griddle bottom face and hex rivnut.
  6. Hand-tighten the Bolt (200-0219) with Pressure Washer lock through the Griddle rear panel cutouts as indicated in the bottom right image.
  7. Repeat the previous step on the opposite side of the cart.
  8. If needed, use an adjustable wrench to tighten the bolts further.
  9. Proceed to the next page for further instructions.

Installing the Power Cord Strain Relief:

  1. Remove the griddle tray for easier access.
  2. Using the provided SS-Phillips screw and screwdriver, insert the screw on one side of the cart as shown in the image on the left.
  3. Repeat the previous step on the opposite side of the cart.
  4. Feed the power cable through the rear panel cutout and secure the rear panel on the back of the unit with the SS-Phillips screw.
  5. To install the Power Cord Strain Relief, fold it around the power cord and press the two sides with an adjustable wrench until it clicks into place around the power cord.
  6. Push the strain relief into the rear panel square cutout until it snaps into place.

Mounting Side Shelves:

On both sides of the griddle, mount the side shelves on the pins using the slots as directed in the image on the left.

SECURING THE GRIDDLE

  1. First remove the Truss HD Philips Screw as indicated above.

  2. Lock cart wheels from moving

  3. With a partner, Place the Griddle on top of the Cart on the mounting hole locations as shown in figure 1.

  4. Secure Griddle to cart by following the steps listed below:

  5. Insert the Washer Space between the griddle bottom face and hex rivnut.

  6. First through the Griddle rear panel cutouts, hand-tighten the Bolt (200- 0219) with Pressure Washer lock as indicated in the bottom right image.

  7. Repeat on opposite side of cart.

  8. Once secure, tighten bolts further with adjustable wrench if needed.

  9. Continue on next page.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Remove Griddle tray for easier access.
  2. Insert SS-Phillips screw using the screw-driver shown in the image to the left.
  3. Repeat process on opposite side of cart.
  4. Feed the Power Cable through the rear panel cutout and secure the rear panel on the back of the unit with the SS-Philips Screw as shown below.

To install the Power Cord Strain Relief fold strain relief around the power cord, then press the two sides with the adjustable wrench until it clicks around the power cord. Push the strain relief into the rear panel square cutout until it snaps into place as shown to the left.

On both sides, mount the side shelves on the pins using the slots as directed to the left.
