Lighting Fixture Model #6623-MK-CL-MWP_CEILING

This lighting fixture is damp-rated and requires 3 candelabra base bulbs with a recommended wattage of 40W and a maximum wattage of 60W. LED bulbs are recommended for extended use. All electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate local electrical codes.

Assembly Instructions

For Hanging:

1. Place the fabric shade over the frame, then place the top assembly over the shade. Make sure the slot in the top assembly is aligned with the shade spoken. Secure the shade with the loop.

For Ceiling:

1. Place the fabric shade over the frame, then place the canopy 2 over the shade. Make sure the slot in canopy 2 is aligned with the shade spoken. Secure the shade with a hex nut.
2. After safely attaching the fixture to the outlet box, install bobeches, and bulbs, and proceed to connect the power.
3. When you begin to dress the fixture, start with the packet labeled (A).
4. IMPORTANT: Apply crystal sets in alphabetical order (B, A, C, D).

Note: The product comes with several parts and accessories including a mounting plate, ground screw, nipple, outlet box screws, collar loop, collar ring, chain, top assembly, frame, fabric shade, bobeche, metal sleeve, plastic sleeve, canopy 2, ball nuts, screws, and wire connectors. Please refer to the part numbers provided in the manual for assembly.

Caution: Turn off the power and follow all safety precautions before attempting to assemble or install the fixture. If you are unsure about any steps in the assembly or installation process, consult a licensed electrician.

Place the (L) Fabric shade and (J) Top assembly on top of (K) Frame then secure by tightening the loop on the (J) Top Assembly.

For Ceiling

Place the (L) Fabric shade and (P) Canopy on top of (K) Frame then secure by tightening the hex nut on the (P) Canopy.
