SPECIAL HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
The Chronograph has been finely tuned. Avoid dropping and physical shock. This device is designed for typical indoor weather conditions (IP54). It is not waterproof for use underwater or during rain. Device contains precise electronic equipment. Do not attempt to open device case yourself. Always remove batteries when storing the device. Removing batteries from the device during storage reduces the risk of battery acid leakage and battery drain. Battery leaks are not covered by the warranty. When using the device, Do Not mix old and new batteries together in the device. Use only High Quality AA 1.5V alkaline batteries.

ASSEMBLY
- Twist 4 rods to device main body:
- Screw next both light panels. The light panels should be illuminated downwards and growing’s on the LEFT side (watching from LED display direction):
- The 12 LEDs in the middle of the light panel emit invisible infrared light. Those are not visible to the human eye!
- Shooting direction:
- Keep end of the rifle barrel around 80cm (or more) distance from the Chronograph. It will prevent non-burned powder pressure wave disturbance for measuring. Avoid direct sun light or sunny days since the UV radiation may disturb the measuring (measuring of Chronograph is based on the light sensors). NOTE: Usage of suppressor, silencer may affect speed readings even with same loading. Do not shoot the Chronograph!
POWERING THE CHRONOGRAPH
Install 4 x AA 1.5V alkaline batteries. Remove the batteries after use or
during storage.
Power switches ON (I) / OFF (o)
OPERATION
- Turn ON the power switch
- Wait until the device LED panel shows sign:
- Shoot thru the shooting triangle light panel area
- Reading will be displayed on the LED
- If pushing the Menu button next the LED panel, you can see previous strings shots recorded
- NOTE: All speed values are erased when turning the device OFF/ON
MODE FUNCTIONS
- Speed measurement mode (PS or fps) It is not required to set the gram weight of the projectile. If you don’t operate the device after starting, it will automatically enter the speed measurement mode.
- Kinetic energy measurement mode Input the gram weight of the projectile, as following method. Start the device and scroll the digital display, when it shows – -SU. Short press the Menu button for once to enter the projectile mass input interface. When you “short press” the function button for once, the mass increases by 1 gram. When you “medium press” the Menu button for once, the mass decreases by 0.1 gram. When you “long press” the Menu button for once after the input is completed, the indicator light red to prompt the mass is completed. After the setting is completed, the device will automatically enter the “ready for measurement state”. The unit of the results directly displayed after measurement is Joules.
- Check the records In the ready for measurement interface (display “–“), short press the Menu button once to enter the “check records” interface. By using “short press”, “medium press” and “long press”, you can check “Last Record”, “Next Record” and “Exit” respectively. All records will be cleared as the device is restarted (ON/OFF).
- Meter Per Second (PS) and FPS selection The default setting is Meter Per Second (PS). Boot up the device to see the display, like below pictures:

MENU BUTTON
Under the Menu button you will find some different readings for PS (meter per second)
FPS (feet’s per second)
SU (projectile weight for Joule 0.1-10gram)
Menu button push explanations:
“Short press”
Push the button shortly and release it within 1 second > The indicator flashes green light prompt for once “Medium press” Push the button and release it within 2 seconds > The indicator flashes green light prompt for twice “Long press” Push the button and release it within 3 seconds > The indicator flashes green light prompt for three times
Indicator light explanations:
GREEN indicator light > device shows speed readings (either PS of FPS). RED indicator light > device shows readings in Joule.

YEAR WARRANTY
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the original date of purchase when purchased through an authorized dealer. NITE force will, at its option, repair or replace your product with the same or comparable model, free of charge (shipping charges may apply) for a period of (1) one year from the original date of purchase in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship occurring with normal use. This warranty only extends to the original retail purchaser. Purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase is required before warranty performance. The warranty on any replacement product provided under this warranty shall be for the unexpired portion of the warranty period applicable to the original product. This warranty extends solely to failures due to defects in materials or workmanship occurring during normal use. It does not cover normal wear of the product. This warranty is void if:
- The unit has been used incorrect, opened or punctured
- The unit has been immersed in water or other liquids, allowed to be filled with dirt or dust or otherwise physically misused
- The 1year warranty period has expired
- If the product fails to function properly as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, non-compatible batteries, faulty installation, setup, adjustments, improper maintenance, alteration, maladjustment of controls, modification, power surges, service by anyone other than NITE force or NITE force authorized service center or acts beyond the manufacturer’s control.
PRODUCT REPAIR
Repairs for damages not covered by the warranty will be subject to a charge. Please contact nearest NITE force sales agency shop to discuss repair options not covered under warranty.
