AWE Tuning 2660-11020 AWE DV Adapter Kit

The AWE DV Adapter Kit is designed to fit Audi RS3 and TTRS models manufactured in 2019 and later. It comes with a 2.5T DV adaptor, oil-resistant soft buna-n O-rings, worm-drive clamps, and a 1 ID black high temp reinforced silicone heater hose. Please refer to the manufacturer’s service manual for precise torque specifications on all OEM fasteners.

Product Usage Instructions:

Make sure the engine has cooled down before disassembly to avoid severe burns and injury.
Remove the OEM diverter valve hose and the two bolts on the engine side of the OEM hose (refer to Figure 1-1 and 1-2).
Gather the AWE diverter valve adapter and two O-rings provided, and install them onto the diverter valve (refer to Figure 3-1 and 3-2).
Install the adapter into the OEM location (refer to Figure 4).
Install the bolts removed earlier from the OEM hose into the AWE diverter valve (refer to Figure 5).
Install the provided hose and two hose clamps onto the diverter valve and AWE carbon intake (refer to Figure 6-1 and 6-2).
Follow your AWE carbon fiber intake install instructions to complete the install of your intake.

NOTE: Always refer to the manufacturer’s service manual for precise torque specifications on all OEM fasteners.
CAUTION: The engine may be VERY HOT — allow adequate time for the system to cool down before disassembly. Severe burns and injury will occur if the skin comes into contact with hot components

STEP 1
The installation of the AWE diverter valve requires you to remove the OEM diverter valve hose, shown in Figure 1-1 and 1-2.
STEP 2
Remove the 2 bolts on the engine side of the OEM hose, shown in Figure 2-1. This will allow the diverter valve hose to be removed with the OEM intake, shown in Figure 2-2.
Note: These 2 bolts will be reused in the install of your AWE diverter valve.
STEP 3
Gather the AWE diverter valve adapter and the 2 O-rings provided, and install these onto the diverter valve, as shown in Figure 3-1 and 3-2.
STEP 4
With the O-rings installed onto the adapter, install it into the OEM location, as shown in Figure 4.
STEP 5
Install the bolts removed earlier from the OEM hose into the AWE diverter valve, as shown in Figure 5.
STEP 6
Install the provided hose and 2 hose clamps onto the diverter valve and AWE carbon intake, as shown in Figure 6-1 and 6-2.
STEP 7
Following your AWE carbon fiber intake install instructions to complete the install of your intake.
