- Caution: Electrician installation highly recommended. All glass is fragile, use care when handling glass component(s) and or lamp(s). Read instructions carefully and turn electricity off at the main circuit breaker panel before beginning installation.
Important Notice: This is a generic instruction sheet used for various fixtures. The shape and style of fixture / glass / shade / diffuser may vary.
(Required Supply Circuit: 120V, 60Hz. Bulb Type: 6E2660W Max) Compatible Bulb Type(NOT Included) The mostly suggested bulb type is 9W LED ST58 bulb
COMPONENTS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE
Canopy with mounting kits & ground wire/Stems/Rod/Light cluster/Pipes/Frames Parts packed in parts bag
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION STEPS:
- Open the box from top, take out all the components, parts bag and manual from the box carefully.
- Check all the components against the parts list. Make sure get each parts on list. If any parts missing or glass damage, please contact manufacturer at: support@micsiu.com to get a replacement. Parts are NOT included for which is shown as 0 under QTY.
- Refer to the illustration while doing assembly and follow the steps as below:
- I Attach the top frame (N) onto the tabs of the TOP of four square pipes (R) by the screws (P), do not fasten the screws yet. Attach the bottom frame (T) onto the tabs of the BOTTOM end of the pipes (R) by the screws (P). Adjust four pipes, top and bottom frames to a perfect position, then fasten the screws.
- II Release the ring (L) from the top of the central rod (O) first, then insert the rod (O) with fixture wires (J) into the central hole of top frame (N), slide on the cap (M) to cover the top opening of top frame (N), then fix it in position with the ring (L). Thread the other end of central rod (O) with the light cluster (S). Place fixture wires (J) through the central rod (O) for later installation.
- III Thread the short and long stems (I & K) onto the central rods (O) one by one. Release the hex nuts (E), waved washers (F), ground wire (V) and washers (G) from the swivel on the short stem (I), then slide the canopy (H), washers (G), ground wire (V), waved washers (F) and hex nuts (E) onto the stems (I) in sequence, use Allen Wrench (X) to fasten the hex nuts (F) so all parts are fixed in positon. Fixture wires (J) go through the canopy (H) and ready for wiring.
- IV Adjust the studs on the mounting bracket (C) to a proper protrusion if necessary. As for a test, slide the canopy (H) onto the studs to figure if the cap nuts (W) cover the protrusion properly. Thread the studs toward the junction box (A) a little bit if it protrudes from the canopy (H) too much. Attach the mounting bracket (C) to the junction box (A) by two mounting screws (D).
- V Connect wires according to the wiring diagram on the right.
- VI Slide the canopy (H) to the studs on the mounting bracket (C), then fix it with two cap nuts (W).
- VII Screw the light bulb (Q) onto the socket on the light cluster (S).
