This appliance should only be used for domestic cleaning, as described in this user guide. Please ensure that this guide is fully understood before operating the appliance.

  • Always switch off and remove the charger from the socket before cleaning the appliance or any maintenance task.

  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

  • Children shall not play with the appliance.

  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

  • If the power cord is damaged stop using the appliance immediately.

  • To avoid a safety hazard, an authorized agency service engineer must replace the power cord.

  • Keep hands, feet, loose clothing and hair away from rotating brushes.

  • Use only the original charger supplied with the appliance.

  • Check that your supply voltage is the same as that stated on the charger.

  • If the appliance is to be disposed of the batteries must first be removed. The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery. Dispose of the batteries safely. Run the appliance until it stops because the batteries are fully discharged. Used batteries should be taken to a recycling station and not disposed of with household waste. To remove the batteries, please contact the Agency Customer Centre or proceed according to the following instructions.
    NOTE: Should you experience any difficulty in dismantling the unit or for more detailed information on treatment, recovery and recycling of this appliance, please contact your local city office or your household waste disposal service.

  • When charging the appliance, the power switch must be off.

  • Never charge the batteries in temperatures above 37°C or below 0°C.

  • It is normal for the charger to become warm to the touch when charging. Use only attachments, consumables or spares recommended or supplied by Agency.

  • Static electricity: some carpets can cause a small buildup of static electricity. Any static discharge is not hazardous to health.

  • Do not use your appliance out of doors or on any wet surface or for wet pick up.

  • Do not pick up hard or sharp objects, matches, hot ashes, cigarette ends or other similar items.

  • Do not spray with or pick up flammable liquids, cleaning fluids, aerosols or their vapors.

  • Do not run over the power cord when using your appliance or remove the plug by pulling on the power cord.

  • Do not continue to use your appliance or charger if it appears faulty.

  • Agency service: To ensure the continued safe and efficient operation of this appliance we recommend that any servicing or repairs are only carried out by an authorized Agency service engineer.

  • Do not use the appliance to clean animals or people.

  • Do not replace the batteries with non-rechargeable batteries.

  • This appliance contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons.

  • WARNING : For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit provided with this appliance.

PREPARATION OF THE ITEM

  1. Plug in and charge the unit until all three lights are off. Charge the unit until all three lights are off. Charge fully for best performance. (May take up to three hours) (1)

  2. Pop the dirt cup in at an angle, bottom end first until it clicks in place. (2)

  3. Press the brush release button and push down to make the brush come off the conductive tube completely. Insert powered wand into handheld and attach the carpet nozzle. (3)

  4. Press the power button once to turn on. Press again to power off.

  5. Plug in and charge the unit until all three lights are off, which indicates the unit is fully charged.

HOW TO EMPTY THE DIRT CUP

  1. Press the dirt cup lid latch.

  2. Empty the cup. Give it a shake to remove any debris.

  3. Remember to clean the filter and close the lid until the latch clicks

RECHARGING AND CLEANING THE PRODUCT

Power must off before plugging in charger and the indicators will all pulse when charging and turning off or when fully charged.(3)

NOTE: Use only the charger supplied by the manufacturer to recharge.

TIP: For a better experience, fully charge the unit before first use.
CLEANING THE PRODUCT 

NOTE : If the unit is running and the charger plug is connected to the unit, the unit will shut off to prevent damage to the charger or unit.

NOTE: The charge indicator will pulse while charging. The charger will be warm while charging.

NOTE: The unit will charge only for as long as needed. It may take up to 3 hours for full charge.

  3. Rinse filter with water until the dirt is no longer coming out from filter. Shake it out and then let it dry for 24 hours or until completely dry.

  4. Put the dry filter back in place.

CLEANING CYCLONIC FILTER

  1. Press the dirt cup release button.

  2. Pull the filter frame and pad out.

  3. Pull out the red cyclonic filter and wipe it clean.

  4. Place the cyclonic filter and filter back into the dirt cup.

  1. Turn the carpet nozzle over and remove nozzle from wand.

  2. Retract brush roll release button to release brush roll. Pull brush roll up and out. Remove any hair and debris from the brushroll.

  3. Insert brushroll back in the nozzle by aligning brushroll to fit into hexagon in the nozzle. Press down until you hear a click.

  4. Turn the stair tool over. Remove any hair and debris from the brushroll.

LUBRICATION:
The motor and brushroll are equipped with bearings which contain lifetime lubrication. The addition of lubricant could cause damage. Do not add lubricant to motor or brushroll.

The support bracket should be installed near a plug where the charger cord can extend from the support bracket down to the plug in the wall.

Place support bracket on the unit and use provided double sided tape to adhere the support bracket to the wall at the height of the cordless stick vac. Apply even pressure when adhering the support bracket to the wall.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Should you have any problem with you cleaner, follow this simple check list before calling the Agency Customer Service Centre:

A. Dust escaping from vacuum
Empty dirt cup and review Dirt Cup removal / Replacement and review Filter Removal and Cleaning.

B. Brush bar does not turn
Clear/remove debris from brushroll.

C. Vacuum tools won’t pick up
Empty dirt cup and remove both filters / Clean and remove and reattach.

D. Poor suction
Reinstall dirt cup make sure lid is closed completely / Remove both filters and clean/ Review Filter Removal & Replacement/ Charge battery/ Clean or replace filter/ Remove filter and clean/ Turn off the unit and then disconnect the nozzle to remove debris.

E. Vacuum running warm
Clean filter, rinse, dry and re-assemble/ Locate clog and remove

F. Vacuum won’t run
Charge battery for up to 3 hours. The indicator lights will pulse while charging and turn off once fully charged/ Contact customer service and visit our website charge

G. Charger indicator flashes and then goes out
