A27-HW – 2 Zone Programmer
The A27-HW – 2 Zone Programmer is a device that allows users to control the heating and hot water zones in their homes or offices. It comes with simplified instructions that make it easy to set up and use. The device has the following features:

• Date and time settings
• ON/OFF settings with 4 different options available
• Factory program settings for weekdays and weekends
• Adjustable program settings for heating and hot water zones
• Boost function for heating and hot water zones

Product Usage Instructions

Setting the Date and Time
To set the date and time, follow these steps:

1. Lower the cover on the front of the unit.
2. Move the selector switch to the CLOCK SET position.
   • RUN
   • CLOCK SET
   • PROG SET
3. Press the up or down buttons to select the day and press.
4. Repeat step 3 to select the month, year, hour, minute, 5/2 day, 7 day, or 24-hour mode.
5. When this is complete, move the selector switch to the RUN position.
   • RUN
   • CLOCK SET
   • PROG SET

Note:
It is important to keep the user manual for future reference.

ON/OFF Settings
The A27-HW – 2 Zone Programmer has 4 different ON/OFF settings available. To select the desired setting, follow these steps:

1. Lower the cover on the front of the unit.
2. Press the `SELECT HOT WATER’ button to change between settings for Hot Water Zone.
3. Repeat step 2 for HEATING by pressing the `SELECT HEATING’ button.
   • ON – permanently on
   • AUTO – operates up to 3 ON/OFF periods per day
   • OFF – permanently off
   • ALL DAY – operates from 1st ON time (P1 on) to last off time (P3 off)

Factory Program Settings
The A27-HW – 2 Zone Programmer comes with factory program settings for weekdays and weekends. The settings are as follows:

Adjusting the Program Settings
To adjust the program settings for the heating and hot water zones, follow these steps:

For Hot Water:

1. Lower the cover on the front of the unit.
2. Move the selector switch to the PROG SET position.
   • CLOCK SET
   • RUN
   • PROG SET
3. Press the up or down buttons to adjust the P1 ON time.
4. Press the up or down buttons to adjust the P1 OFF time.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to adjust the ON and OFF times for P2 and P3.
6. When this is complete, move the selector switch to the RUN position.
   • CLOCK SET
   • RUN
   • PROG SET

For Heating:

1. Lower the cover on the front of the unit.
2. Move the selector switch to the PROG SET position.
3. Press the `SELECT HEATING’ button to adjust heating times.
4. Press the up or down buttons to adjust the P1 ON time.
5. Press the up or down buttons to adjust the P1 OFF time.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to adjust the ON and OFF times for P2 and P3.
7. When this is complete, move the selector switch to the RUN position.

Boost Function
The Boost function allows users to turn ON the heating or hot water for a period of 1 hour. This does not affect program settings. To use this function, follow these steps:

1. Press the `+1HR’ button for HOT WATER or HEATING once.
2. To cancel the Boost function, simply press the respective `+1 HR’ button again.

If the zone that you wish to Boost is timed to be OFF, you have the facility to switch it ON for 1 hour. • Press the or buttons to select the day and press
• Repeat the above to select the month, year, hour, minute, 5/2 day, 7-day, or 24-hour mode.
• When this is complete, move the selector switch to the RUN position.

How to select

• Lower the cover on the front of the unit.
• Press the ‘SELECT HOT WATER’ button to change between settings for Hot Water Zone.
• Repeat this process for HEATING by pressing the ‘SELECT HEATING’ button.

Adjusting the program settings

For Hot Water

• Lower the cover on the front of the unit.
• Move the selector switch to the PROG SET position.
• Press the or buttons to adjust the P1 ON time. Press
• Press the or buttons to adjust the P1 OFF time. Press
• Repeat this process to adjust the ON & OFF times for P2 & P3.
• When this is complete, move the selector switch to the RUN position.

For Heating

• Lower the cover on the front of the unit.
• Move the selector switch to the PROG SET position.
• Press the ‘SELECT HEATING’ button to adjust heating times.
• Press the or buttons to adjust the P1 ON time. Press
• Press the or buttons to adjust the P1 OFF time. Press
• Repeat this process to adjust the ON & OFF times for P2 & P3.
• When this is complete, move the selector switch to the RUN position.

Boost function

This function allows the user to turn ON the Heating or Hot Water for a period of 1 hour. This does not affect your program settings. If the zone that you wish to Boost is timed to be OFF, you have the facility to switch it ON for 1 hour.

• Press the required boost button: ‘+1HR’ for HOT WATER or ‘+1HR’ for HEATING once.
• To cancel the boost function, simply press the respective ‘+1 HR’ button again.
