Operating instructions
UTP801P Single Channel Passive VGA Extender
The product is a single channel passive VGA UTP balun that enables the
transmission of high-resolution, high-fidelity VGA video signals over a UTP
cable.
Pair including a VGA transmitter and receiver. The device is plug and play,
you don’t need any driver software.
Characteristics
- No need for additional power supply; High definition transmission up to 35 m;
- Suggested resolution up to 1024 * 768; Using CAT5 / 5E / 6E cable.
- Synchronous transmission, no time delay.
- Compatible with VGA, SVGA, XGA, SXGA, etc. Setting the dial, easy to use. Plug and play, simple installation.

Installation procedure
Follow the following installation steps:
- Turn off the computer before installation; otherwise, the powered installation may damaged devices.
- Make sure the UTP cable to be used is available.
- Connect the computer with the VGA transmitter using a VGA cable.
- Connect VGA receiver with remote monitor.
- Connect the VGA transmitter and receiver using a UTP cable.
- Open the computer and use the dial setting to get the best image.
