Product Information
The FTS2821EK and FTS2821MM are fixtures that come with a fixture loop assembly, center rod, socket assembly, crossbar assembly, outlet box screw, ceiling canopy, quick link, fixture chain, glass panels, rubber washer, lock screw, wire connector, and cage. The ceiling canopy shape may vary depending on the item purchased. The recommended bulb type is a candelabra (E12) type B bulb with a maximum wattage of 60W.
Product Usage Instructions
- Thread the fixture loop assembly, center rod, and socket assembly together.
- Install the crossbar assembly onto the outlet box.
- Install the fixture chain by pulling the supply wires with the ground wire through the alternate links of the chain. Optional: Adjust chain as desired using pliers and a soft cloth.
- Wire the fixture by connecting the white wire from the supply to the ribbed side of the wire from the fixture identified with the label N. Connect the black (or red) wire from the supply to the smooth side of the wire from the fixture identified with the label L. Connect the ground wire from the supply to the ground wire from the fixture identified with the label G. Connect the green ground wire.
- Install the ceiling canopy.
- Install the cage.
- Install the glass panels.
- Install five correct bulbs referring to fixture markings and/or labels for maximum wattage.
- Restore electricity and save this sheet for future reference.

chemicals and abrasives to clean fixture as they may damage the finish.
