Product Information

The LUD8624BN and LUD8624EK are lighting fixtures manufactured by Quoizel. The package contents include a Crossbar Assembly AA, Fixture Body, Glass Shade x3, Mounting Hardware, Wire Connector x3, and Outlet Box Screw x2. The recommended bulb type for this fixture is TYPE A with a bulb base type of Medium (E26) and a maximum wattage of 100W.

Product Usage Instructions

Safety Information
Please read the user manual carefully before installing the LUD8624BN or LUD8624EK. The installation must be performed by a qualified electrician. Ensure the power supply is switched off before installation. The fixture should be mounted on a stable surface and should not be used with any dimmer switches.

Installation

1. Install the Crossbar Assembly AA provided along with the mounting hardware.
2. Connect the wires as follows:
   • White wire from supply to white wire from fixture
   • Black (or red) wire from supply to black wire from fixture
   • Ground wire from supply to ground wire from fixture using the green ground screw
3. Attach the Fixture Body to the Crossbar Assembly.
4. Install the recommended TYPE A bulbs of maximum wattage 100W with a bulb base type of Medium (E26) referring to fixture markings and/or labels.
5. Install the Glass Shades provided with the fixture.

Care and Maintenance
