- For KDC470/475/480/485 SmartSled Scanners.
What’s in the Box?
- 1 x Hand Strap Adaptor
- 1 x Hand Strap Module
- 1 x Hand Strap
- 4 x screws + 1 extra
*SmartSled sold separately.
Tweezers and PH0 screwdriver (not included)
Hand Strap Module Assembly Instructions
- Using tweezers, carefully remove all four (4) screw caps from the back of the SmartSled. (A)
- Remove all four (4) screws from the back of the SmartSled. (B)
- Remove the cover plate from the back of the SmartSled. (C)
- Align screw holes of Hand Strap Adaptor with screw holes of the SmartSled. Use four (4) included screws to attach Hand Strap Adaptor to SmartSled. (D)
- Align notch in top of Hand Strap Module with top notch of the Hand Strap Adaptor. (E)
- Slide the Hand Strap Module up until it clicks. (F)
Attaching the Hand Strap
- Place the metal ring on the Hand Strap into the groove at the bottom of the Hand Strap Module. Pull down until it clicks. (G)
*Hook-and-loop fastener side up - Align the top notch of the Hand Strap Module with the top notch of the Hand Strap Adaptor. Push the Hand Strap Module upwards until it clicks. (H)
- Lift bottom of hand strap to top and slide the hand strap through the loop at the top of the Adaptor.
connect the hook-and-loop fasteners to form a connected hand strap. (I)
Removing Hand Strap Module
Disconnect the hook-and-loop fastener. Squeeze tabs on both sides of the Hand
Strap Adaptor and slide the Hand Strap Module down. Pull the Hand Strap Module
away from the Hand Strap Adaptor and the SmartSled. (J)
