Product introduction
YES POW Smart cupping therapy massager is a multi-functional dynamic cupping
massager that combines advanced technology with traditional medicine and
provides dynamic cupping and red light heat compresses.
This innovative combination makes the cupping device incredibly useful in
relieving pain, reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and relaxing the
mind and body. It can also be used with lotions and herbs for a better massage
experience, whether for home use or on the go, YES POW offers an innovative
and convenient way to enjoy massage and cupping therapy anywhere, anytime.
Product parameters
Operating Instructions
- Please read the operating instructions carefully before you use the product, otherwise it will affect the effectiveness of the product.
- Please clean and moisturize your skin with a damp towel or spray to enhance the using experience.
- Install and tighten the transparent jar. It is recommended to wipe the cupping device with a damp towel before and after use.
- Ensure that the transparent jar is fully tightened to the cupping device.
Power/ mode
- Press and hold the button for 1.5 seconds to switch on then the indicator light will come on and the display will show a 20-minute countdown, at which point the modes default to normal modes ,the suction and temperature default to level 3.
- When the device is on, press the on/off button once to switch between normal mode and dynamic mode, in the normal mode. The screen will display one horizontal bar ” – “, while in dynamic mode will display two horizontal bars” – -“.
Suction strength
- The default suction power is level 3 when the device is switched on.
- Short press the button to adjust the suction strength, each press will increases the strength by one level.
- When the suction level is set to 12, pressing the button again will start from 0, and the device will not produce any suction at this point.
- It is recommended to start using the product from suction level 1 so that your skin can gradually get used to the product and avoid feeling uncomfortable because of the strong suction.
Temperature control
- The default temperature is level 3 when the device is switched on.
- Short press the button to adjust the temperature, each press will increases the temperature by one level.
- When the temperature level is set to 12, pressing the button again will start from 0, at which point the device will not generate any temperature.
- When the temperature level reaches 9, the temperature indicator will start flashing and switch between different color.
Pressure relief/ pause
When you feel that the suction is too strong or the temperature is too
high, simply press the button and the device will immediately stop releasing
any suction and generate any temperature, at which point the device is is
enter to the pause state.
Switch Between Dynamic Modes and Normal Modes
Simply press the (.!) button to switch between dynamic modes and normal modes,
After pressing the on/off button, it will immediately switch from dynamic mode
to normal mode and take 15-20 seconds to switch from normal mode to dynamic
mode.
Security Precautions
In general, you should avoid cupping directly on veins, arteries, nerves,
skin inflammation, any skin lesion, body orifices, eyes, lymph nodes, or
varicose veins. Cupping is also not recommended on open wounds, bone
fractures, and sites of deep vein thrombosis.
Areas to avoid
- Abdomen
- Anterior neck, medial to SCM
- Fractures, dislocations
- Kidneys – stationary cups over kidneys
- Areas of superficial blood vessel areas/nerve areas: anterior neck, groin, anterior distal forearm
- Insulin, or any medical injection sites
- Scarring following surgeries. Wait for the scar to heal, at least 3-5 weeks
- Herniation/Bulging disc area
- Cyst of any kind – pressure can increase discomfort
Acute and non-acute medical conditions
- Cancer, malignant tumors or while receiving cancer therapy Rheumatoid arthritis flare up
- Infection
- Fever
Cardiovascular-related conditions
- Aneurysms
- Hematomas
- Deep vein thrombosis
- Low blood pressure
- Acute circulatory disorders (varicosities)
Systemic Conditions / Weakened Conditions
- Diabetes
- Liver dysfunction
- Kidney dysfunction
- Hemophiliacs and clients who bruise easily
- Clients with extreme exhaustion, high stress or weakened general conditions
- Severe edema
Skin hypersensitivity-skin conditions to avoid include but not limited to
- Bruises
- Psoriasis
- Rash, Sunburn
- Shingles (Herpes zoster)
- Skin lesions, raised moles, skin tags, acne Medications – Including thin skinning medication Aspirin, Blood Thinners
Medications
- Ask your doctor if cupping is contraindicated with any current medications you are taking.
- If you cannot reach you doctor, inform your massage therapist and we will consult with other resources.
Cupping Special Considerations
Pregnancy
It is recommended to introduce cupping gently in the second trimester.
Recognize that a conservative approach is necessary as structures may be more
responsive during pregnancy due to the hormonal changes in the body. Cupping
will not be done lateral to the lumbar spine.
Breastfeeding
It is recommended to express milk before cupping therapy to prevent exposing
the infant to an altered breast milk taste following the treatment. It is
advised to pump and dump the breast milk and feed the baby with the pre-
cupping treatment expressed milk.
Children and the Elderly
A gradual and gentle introduction of cupping therapy will be applied with
children and the elderly. We will access the reaction to the
treatment and adjust accordingly.
Note : Visible markings can result from cupping from 3-8 days following
treatment. You must be comfortable with the markings, othe,wise, cupping
therapy is contraindicated.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Please observe cleaning and maintenance methods to prolong the life of the instrument.
- Please wipe the machine body with dry non-woven fabric. Do not use acid and alkali detergent, alcohol, thinner, gasoline with nail wash, and other solvents to clean.
- Please turn off the power and clean (with a wet towel) after each use.
- Please store this product in a safe and dry place.
- Do not leave the product idle when there is water residue.
- Please do not wipe with a hard brush or stainless steel ball to avoid damaging the surface.
- Do not use water and other liquids to directly inhale the instrument for rinsing.
- When the product is idle for a long time, please charge the product regularly to ensure its normal operation.
- Please do not use or store this professional pipeline in the following places.

- Do not places exposed to direct sunlight;
- Do not place under hot and humid places;
- Do not place with water;
- Do not place under strong electromagnetic fields;
- Do not place near fireworks;
- Do not place accessible to children.
Failure Analysis and Troubleshooting

1. Remove the transparent tank and re-tighten the installation.
2. Check if the air inlet and exhaust holes are blocked.
3. Check ii the filter cotton needs to be replaced.

1. Check whether the temperature function is on and whether the temperature indicator light is on.
2. Please increase the temperature gear according to the
ambient temperature.
3. Battery power is insufficient, please charge it.
If the problem can not be solved, please contact us for help and you will get the response within 24 hours.
- When using the product for the first time, please adjust the mode, suction, and temperature gradually to find the most comfortable way for yourself.
- Please press the pressure relief/ pause button in time to stop the cupping device if you feel uncomfortable while using it.
- Please use the device on the muscular, hairless, and flat places, keep the skin moist, and avoiding the skeleton to get the better experience.
Charging instructions
- Connect the type-C charging cable to the adapter socket, and connect the other end to the product charging interface to start charging Electricity. Adapter size 5V = 2A.
- Please keep the type-C charging port dry and clean during charging. The charging time will vary slightly due to environmental conditions, Subject to the actual time. Do not charge for more than 8 hours.
- During charging, the white indicator flashes and goes out after being fully charged.
- The product cannot be used when it is charged.
