Introduction
IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT FUTEK BRAND EQUIPMENT IS OF HIGH QUALITY AND EACH ONE CONTAINS A CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE THAT GUARANTEES ITS PROPER FUNCTIONING.
When you receive your calibration certificate, do not discard it as it contains pertinent information related to the sensor.
Each team has a minimum and maximum
weight limit, make sure you don’t exceed it because you can damage the sensor.
Before installing the equipment,
make sure that the space is adequate to avoid damage from the environment.
Be sure to read all the instructions and recommendations for the best use of your equipment, as well as verify that your package contains everything requested.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
DO NOT PULL ON ORCARRY SENSOR BY CABLE.
SUPPORT SURFACES MUST BE FLAT AND INLINE.
MONITOR SENSOR OUTPUT FOR EFFECTS ON ZERO OUTPUT DURING INSTALLATION TO AVOID
DAMAGE.
ROD END BEARINGS WITH CLEVISES OR ALIGNMENT COUPLERS MAY BE USED TO MAKE UP
FOR MISALIGNMENT.
AVOID UTILIZING SENSOR COVER TO TWIST SENSOR INTO PLACE.
LOAD FIXTURE MUST CONTACT TOP INNER RING.
INSTALL IN A DRY, CLEAN ENVIRONMENT, UNLESS IP RATING ALLOWS FOR OTHER
ENVIRONMENTS
AVOID STRESS AND MOVEMENT ON CABLE TO AVOID DAMAGE.
AVOID OVER TORQUE DURING INSTALLATION.
PROPERLY SECURE SENSOR CABLE TO LIMIT CABLE MOVEMENT INFLUENCE.
UTILIZE FLATS, WHEN AVAILABLE, TO SUPPORT SENSOR DURING INSTALLATION.
AVOID BENDING THE STRAIN RELIEF.
LOAD MUST BE IN LINE AND CENTERED WHEN COMPENSATING LINKAGES ARE NOT USED.
