Precautions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING

Power Supply

Please connect the designated AC adapter to an AC outlet of the correct voltage. Be sure to only use an AC adapter which supplies 9V DC, 120mA. Unplug the AC power adapter when not in use or during electrical storms.

Location

To avoid deformation, discoloration, or other serious damage, do not expose this unit to the following conditions:

  • Direct sunlight or other heat sources
  • Magnetic fields
  • Excessively dusty or dirty locations
  • Strong vibrations or shocks
  • High humidity or moisture

Radio Frequency

Interference Radios and televisions placed nearby may experience reception interference. Operate this unit at a suitable distance from radios and televisions.

Cleaning

Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, slightly moisten the cloth.Do not use abrasive cleanser, cleaning alcohol, paint thinners, wax,solvents, cleaning fluids, or chemical-impregnated wiping cloths.

Indicate the speed of the tap tempo, the time signature of the beat, and the On/Off of FILL.

Rotate to select between 16 rhythm types.

04、LEVEL

LEVEL: Rotate to adjust the volume level of the drum machine.

05、EQ/SPEED

Adjust the EQ/SPEED of the drum machine.

07、Input

¼” mono audio input jack, connects to the guitar or other effects.

08、Output

¼” mono audio output jack, connects to the guitar amplifier.

09、DC IN

Connect to 9V and at least 120mA current draw (center negative) power supply.

Instructions

1. Preparation

  • Connect the power cord to the device, set up your instrument, amplifier, and effects.
  • Adjust the EQ to the 12 o’clock
  • Adjust the LEVEL to the minimum

2. Play/Stop

Press the footswitch to PLAY the drum machine, rotate the LEVEL knob to adjust the volume level of the drum machine; press the footswitch again to STOP.

3.Select a groove

Micro Drummer II has 6 different groove styles, each style includes 8 different rhythm types.
Toggle the switch to select between those styles.
Slot 1: Pop / Rock Slot 2: Funk / Blues Slot 3: Metal / Jazz
Then rotate the PATTERN to select a rhythm type.

1. Speed

There are two methods to set up the speed:

  1. Rotate the EQ/SPEED to adjust the The 12 o’clock position is for 120bpm, you can adjust it from 40bpm to 260bpm.
  2. TAP Press and hold the footswitch to activate TAP TEMPO function, the button LED will blink in RED. Then you can press the footswitch three times to set up the speed of drum machine. The TAP TEMPO mode will quit after being idle for

3 seconds. The button LED will blink in RED/BLUE to indicate the speed value.

4 Add variation manually   (Fill) Micro Drummer II has 48 different rhythm grooves, and each of them has a unique variation (Fill). The variation will not be activated during normal playing. Press the right footswitch (TAP//FILL) during drum machine playing to add variation (Fill), after the variation finishes, the drum machine       will       go       back       to the       main        rhythm        for        Notes: Details of the variation. You can add the variation in any beat of any bar the during drum machine is playing. The playing timing of variation depends on the adding timing. For example, in the 4/4

rhythm type, add variation in the second beat of any bar. then the current bar will be 1 beat of the main rhythm and 3 beats of variation (Fill). If you would like to add the variation (Fill)after the time that ¾ bar is complete, the variation will be added to the next bar for play.

6 .Drum machine  EQ   adjustment Press and hold the button LED while rotating the EQ/SPEED knob to adjust the drum machine The 12 o’clock position for EQ Off. Rotate to the left side for LOW-CUT, which is used for low

-frequency cutting while connecting to the FRFR device. Rotate to the right side for High
-Frequency Enhancing, which is used for high frequency enhancing while connecting to an FRFR device.
Notes: The EQ setting will be stored even after the pedal is powered off. Sometimes you need to rotate the EQ knob a little bit to refresh the EQ value.
