Common problems and repair methods
- The lake cannot be turned on. Connect the power adapter to check whether it is turned on, press the power button to turn on, the indicator light is normal; if the indicator light does not light, please check whether the power adapter is faulty, please contact the manufacturer to send the package, if you assemble it privately, you will be responsible for the consequences;
- Cannot search the Bluetooth of this unit. Check if there are other devices connected to the Bluetooth of this machine, please click MOOE to restore factory settings, and then click on the device to connect to the Bluetooth again;
- Charge the battery. Please use the 12V/1-2A original power adapter, the charging time is about s4 hours, it will automatically exit the charging state after fully charged; it can also be used in the plug-in state;
- For wireless charging, please confirm whether the mobile phone has its own wireless charging function, and charge the mobile phone at the sign;
- If you don’t use it for a long time, please turn off the power of this machine and unplug the power adapter

WARRANTY

- This product supports seven davs no reason to return or exchange. The flowing situations (including but not limited to) are not within the scope of the “Three Guarantees” service:
- No “Three Guarantees” vouchers or missing valid invoices, or beyond the “three guarantees” service validity period;
- The use of expansion components or peripheral devices that are not approved bythe company causes damage to the standard components of the product or causes malfunctions;
- Parts damage and product performance failure caused by abnormal reasons(including but not limited to foreign objects entering the equipment, transportation and moving bumps in bad environments, etc.);
- All equipment caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, fires and other natural disasters or accidents (stolenor lost) canno work normally;
- Product performance failure caused by violation of the product instruction manual; unauthorized persons disassemble, repair, install or modify by themselves;
- The product is normally discolored, worn or consumed during use;
