The ICBDF60650CG/S/P model is a 152 cm dual fuel range with 6 burners, an infrared chargrill, and an infrared teppanyaki. It is equipped with Wolf’s patented gas dual-stacked, sealed burner design that provides precise high-to- low temperature control and a spark ignition system that reignites the burner automatically. The Dual VertiFlowTM convection system provides evenly distributed heat, reduces hot and cold spots, and enables consistent multi- rack cooking. The oven has nearly 50 presets in gourmet mode that automatically control the oven to ensure delicious results. The range also features ten cooking modes, including bake, broil, convection, convection roast, dehydrate, gourmet, proof, roast, stone, and warm.

Before using the 152 CM Dual Fuel Range, ensure that it is installed as per the Design Guide and Installation Guide provided. The range is equipped with six dual-stacked gas burners that provide high-to-low temperature control, from fast boils and intense sears to true simmers and worry-free melts. The spark ignition system reignites burners automatically for improved temperature control and safety. The range features an adjustable infrared chargrill with high and low settings that can handle a range of foods from steaks and burgers to delicate fish fillets and vegetables. The redesigned teppanyaki (griddle) features even, precise heat, handling breakfast with equal finesse as seared burgers and stir-fried vegetables. The oven has nearly 50 presets in gourmet mode that automatically control the oven to ensure delicious results. There are ten cooking modes, including bake, broil, convection, convection roast, dehydrate, gourmet, proof, roast, stone, and warm. The temperature probe alerts when the dish has reached the desired temperature.
