User Manual
Airdopes 421v2 comes with our BEAST Mode technology for low latency so that you can enjoy all of your entertainment sessions without hiccups. It offers a total playtime of up to 42HRS, including up to 7HRS of playtime per earbud. With the ASAP Charge tech, the earbuds can garner up to 60 Minutes of playtime in just 5 minutes of charging.
These truly wireless earbuds are marked with IPX6 water resistance for a carefree listening time wherever you go. Live a wireless life with its Bluetooth v5.0.

Charging
How can I charge the earbuds?
1. To charge the earbuds, put the earbuds into the charging case in their
correct orientation.
2. A solid Red LED for 2 secs will indicate that the earbuds are being
charged. Once fully charged, the LED indicator goes off.
Note: Before using the ear-buds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the ear-buds. Also, please keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging
Low Battery: If the battery is 20% or below, it gets indicated by rapid Red LED flashes over a few minutes span.
How to charge the case?
To charge the case, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the
other end to a computer or a wall adapter or a power bank.
Warning: Please do not charge the carrying case with “9V” or “12V” output. Otherwise, it may cause damage to the case. Charge only according to the charging norms mentioned on packaging and manual (not more than 5V 2A).
What to do if the charging case is not charging?
1. Check if the stickers on the charging points of the ear pods are removed
or not. If not then it is to be removed and the ear pods will start charging
once put inside the charging case.
2. Check if the charging cable connected to the case is not broken, use other
charging cable and also ensure that the charger being used is not of 9V or 12V
as that will damage the case. The LED lights located on the charging case
indicate the battery status of the case.
3. Check if the type-C port on the case is damaged or not.
What to do if earbuds are not charging?
1. Ensure that the earphone case is charged for charging the earbuds
2. Check to see if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right
orientation, and a white light on the earbuds will indicate they are still
being charged. This light will go off once the earbud’s have been completely
charged.
3. Clean the magnetic connector pins on the case and connector place on the
earbuds with a clean cloth with mild alcohol and check the charging of the
earbuds again
4. After cleaning, put the left earbud into the case in desired orientation
and close the lid.
5. After cleaning, put the right earbud into the case in desired orientation
and close the lid.
6. Once both the earbuds are charged, the LED on the case will go off.
What to do if earbuds not charging while inside the charging case even
when the case is charged?
1. Check if the charging pins of the case are clear and there is no
obstruction.
2. Check if the charging pin of the earbuds are clear and there is no
obstruction.
3. Check if the orientation of the earbuds inside the case is correct and
they have been properly inserted inside the case.
4. Check if the pogo pins are clean. You may do so by gently cleaning it
cotton swabs with alcohol.
Device Controls
How to Switch ON the Earbuds?
Step 1: To Switch ON the earbuds (Smart Power ON), simply open the lid of
the charging case (when earbuds are inside). Our IWP (Insta Wake N’ Pair)
technology enables the
earbuds to power ON automatically, get connected and enter into the Connection
Mode. OR Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 2 seconds to manually power ON
the earbuds.
Step 2: Both the earbuds will automatically pair with each other. The earbuds will enter into Connection Mode, indicated by Red and Blue LED flashes.
How to Switch OFF the Earbuds?
Step 1: After usage, remove both the earbuds from your ears.
Step 2: Place the earbuds back into the charging case in correct
orientation.
Step 3: The earbuds will automatically switch OFF and enter into the
charging mode.
How to switch OFF the earbuds manually?
Step 1: Long touch the CTC on either earbuds for 8 seconds.
Step 2: Once the earbuds get turned OFF, place them back inside the case
and close the lid.
How Do I factory reset my earbud?
Step 1: Power off earbuds (earbuds outside the case)
Step 2: Long touch both CTCs for 10 seconds until Purple LED flashes on
the earbuds for 3 times
Step 3: Place back the earbuds inside the case and close the lid
Step 4: Once you take the earbuds out from the charging case, they
automatically restart
Congratulations! Your Airdopes 421v2 has been Reset.
How can I use a single earbud (Mono mode) at a time?
Both the earbuds can be used in “Mono Mode”
Step 1: Use Smart Power ON to switch on the desired earbud.
Step 2: The selected earbud will automatically enter the Connection Mode
first indicated by a Blue LED flash for 1 second and then by Red & Blue LED
flashes.
Step 3: Turn ON the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device
and search for “Airdopes 421v2” to connect.
NOTE: To switch to Stereo Mode, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power ON and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling stereo usage.
“You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono Mode.”
How to pair both the earbuds (Stereo mode)?
Step 1: Switch ON the earbuds; a blue light will flash to confirm that
they have been switched ON. Both earbud’s will pair with one another
automatically.
Step 2: The earbuds will enter into the Connection Mode, indicated by
alternating green and blue LED flashes.
Step 3: Turn ON the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device
and scan.
Step 4: Search for ‘Airdopes 421 V2’ and pair accordingly. Enter ‘0000’
as the passkey if asked. Congratulations! Your earbuds are now connected
successfully via Bluetooth.
How to activate Voice Assistant?
Long touch the CTC on left earbud for 3 seconds to activate the voice
assistant.
How to answer/end calls?
1. Single tap on the CTC of either of the earphones once, would result in
answering an incoming call.
2. Once done talking, single tap on the CTC of either of the earphones once,
would result in ending the call.
How to reject calls?
Double tap the CTC on either of the earbuds to reject incoming calls.
How to play/pause music?
Tap the CTC on either earbud to play/pause music at your convenience.
How to change tracks in Airdopes?
Next Track: When playing music, double tap the right CTC to skip to the
next song.
Previous Track: When playing music, double tap the left CTC to return to
the previous song.
How to adjust the volume?
Volume cannot be changed from earbuds. It can only be changed from the media
device connected with the Airdopes 421v2.
Poor Sound Quality
What to do if the sound is distorted/low volume/low bass/low quality?
1. Check if connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.
2. Check if the problem still occurs if the device is moved closer and all
obstacles in the middle are removed.
3. Check if the distortion or quality lowers at all volumes or only at high
volumes.
4. Check the sound on different media players and different devices and if
the distortion happens on all devices or only on specific ones.
5. Check if the problem occurs at all levels of charging or only at low
charging levels.
6. Check if the earbuds do not have water droplets, in case they do, use the
blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.
7. Check if the earbuds are clogged with ear wax, simply clear the earbuds to
restore the original sound

Dysfunctional Voice Assistant
What to do if the voice assistant does not wake up?
Check if the pairing device has the feature enabled. Google Assistant or Siri
should be enabled to use this feature from your device.
Please follow the steps carefully, long touch the CTC for 2 seconds and
release, this should allow Google Assistant or Siri to pop up on the media
screen of the device. Though under some circumstance, this feature may or may
not work on some devices which may be restricted by default.
Bluetooth Connectivity
What to do if the device is not connecting via Bluetooth?
1. Check if the device is in pairing mode and indicating that by alternating
green and red LED flashes on either earbud.
2. Check if the device is in the range of Bluetooth (usually 10m) and if
there are any obstructions in between.
3. Check if the device being connected to supports Bluetooth connections or
not.
4. Check if it is a passcode issue and if so enter 0000 / 1234.
5. Check if the device being connected to does have any software issues or
not – Check to forget the device on Bluetooth, update the mobile software, if
it still does not work try factory resetting the device.
What to do if the device not entering stereo mode / is stuck in mono?
1. Check when both the earbuds are taken out of the charging case, the
earbuds will enter into the Connection Mode, indicated by light blue LED
flashes.
2. If one of them fails to smart power on, to manually switch the earbuds on
(Manual Power On), long touch the CTC for 3 seconds on both Left and Right
earbuds for switching them on until the LED light begins to flash in red and
white colours.
3. Place the earbuds in the charging case and then try using them again.
Check if it connects automatically.
4. Check and see if hard resetting the device work as desired or not.
5. Check if the earbuds are charging or not. If not then clean the earbuds
and the charging case specially the charging pins and connectors with mild
alcohol swab and see if it goes in charging mode or not.
What to do if the device occasionally disconnects/ the right earbud keeps
disconnecting?
1. Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.
2. Check if the same problem happens for different devices and media players.
3. Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and
clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it
still affects it.
4. Try factory-resetting the device.
Why is one side of my earbud not working?
Simply the earbuds back in to the case and take them out or perform the
factory reset.

What to do if the device does not turn ON?
1. Check to see if the device has been properly charged first or not. A blue
light on the earbuds will indicate they are still being charged. This light
will go off once the earbud’s have been completely charged.
2. Check if the voltage of the charger is correct for the charging case and
if the lights on the bottom are glowing to indicate the charge level.
3. Check by switching the earbuds on manually, press and hold the capacitive
touch control for 2 seconds until the LED begins to flash in blue.
4. Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or
exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.
5. Check if the charging pins of the case and earbuds have some dirt
accumulation or corrosion and clean them with alcohol swab and then put them
back in the case for charge and the earbuds should start charging.
What to do if the in-built controls (CTC) of the device are not working?
1. Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device
2. Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the
controls do not function on call or other media players
3. Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any
hazards.
4. Check if the control area has some sweat and oil as that might interfere
with the capacitive touch control and clean the control area to remove any oil
or sweat and the touch control should start working.
Instant Pairing
What to do if Insta Wake & Pair (IWP) is not working for my Airdopes?
1. Make sure that you have paired the Airdopes at least once to the device
you are trying to use IWP with before.
2. Check if Bluetooth is turned on for your media device and it has the
Airdopes in the list of paired devices.
3. Try factory-resetting the device.
4. Check if your Airdopes battery case has battery in it to have IWP
functioning.
Microphone Functionality
What to do if the voice is muffled during calls/the microphone has muffled input?
- Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.
- Check if dust or ear wax as accumulated near or inside the microphone port, there is no blockage on the microphone.
- Check if sweat or water has gone inside the microphone.
- Check if there are any obstructions between the earbuds and the device and clear them, move the device at a closer range to the earbuds and see if it still affects it.
General FAQs
Product Functionality
What is Insta Wake N’ Pair (IWP) technology?
Our IWP technology allows the earbuds to connect to your phone if they have
already been paired before instantaneously upon opening the case.
Simply open the case and ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on for your media
device, the buds will connect as soon as the case is opened without the need
to take them out of the case first.
How to enable IWP for my earbuds?
There is no special process to enable IWP, simply follow the steps to pair
your Airdopes to your media device first, then upon subsequent usage the IWP
tech will be enabled automatically and the Airdopes will pair automatically to
your previously paired media device if Bluetooth is turned on your media
device
Can I control the volume of the earbuds through integrated controls?
1. No, the earbuds do not have any integrated volume control on them, the
volume has to be controlled using your connected Bluetooth device.
2. Ensure that in the Bluetooth settings of your media device, you have
enabled syncing of Bluetooth and phone volume levels otherwise you may not be
able to fully control the volume of the earbuds as intended.
Why is the IN-Ear Detection/ Touch not responding?
After long usage, residual stains and perspiration can affect the In-Ear
Detection area or Touch control area. Please use a clean cloth to wipe those
areas softly.
Does the Airdopes 421 V2 support aptX codec by Qualcomm?
No. Airdopes 421 V2 does not support aptX codec by Qualcomm.
Does my Airdopes 421 V2 have CVC technology by Qualcomm?
No. Airdopes 421 V2 does not support CVC technology.
Can I charge my earphones with a mobile charger?
Yes, Airdopes 421 V2 supports Type-C charging. If your mobile charger comes
with Type-C charging support then you can easily charge your device using your
mobile charger.
Does my device support low latency for gaming?
The Airdopes 421 V2 does support low latency for entertainment and casual
gaming. But if you’re looking for a professional gaming equipment, then
Airdopes 421 V2 is not the right product.
What to do if there are other exceptions occurring during usage?
Place the earbuds back in to the charging case and try using them again or
perform Factory Reset.
Water/Dust Protection
Can I submerge my earbuds in the water/swim with them?
Airdopes 421 V2 is IPX6 Water and Sweat resistant. You can use it for your
workouts or carry them on long trips. However, it is recommended that they
should not be submerged inside water directly or used for prolonged periods
inside water like for swimming/showers as it may lead to damage
