1. Application

THE CLEAN BENCH adopts advanced purification technology. It is an important equipment for cleaning the work environment. Widely used in precise electronic manufacturing, precise machine1y industry, agriculture, forestry, medical health and other relative service institutions.

2. features

The clean bench adopted advanced technology, we produce horizontal and vertical types with different sizes. It can meet different customer’s requirements.

1. The housing is made of high quality cold rolled steel, spray-paint on the face, the chan1ber is made of S.S, easy to clean and maintenance.
2. Microcomputer control panel and integration meter, the screen can display the working status.
3. Adopting primacy filter mesh and high efficient filter( class II filtering),the cleanliness can reach over class 10,000.
4. The work aide use open structure, the purified air will flow to operator, thus other gas won’t flow to workshop.
5. Equipped with lamp and UV light at front cover.

4. Installation

1. The installation place of equipment affects using effect and using life. Should be installed in a clean plant and pay attention to door seal to prevent outside from dust particles, in order to prolong the service life of equipment
2. After opening the package, please check the products with the packing list to avoid the missing, then unpack the accessories pack, take out side frames and back frames, fix up them with hex screws, following the manual. ensure the instalment is stable and tight. Them fix the chamber to the top of supports. the last step, to adjust the level of the casters, and lock the nuts.
3. The clean bench should be put away from the place with shaking and noise.
4. In order to increase the using period of filter, it is better to put the clean benching GMP working room or laborat01y. If for common laborat01y, the filter should be replaced eve1y 2 years.
5. The airflow in chamber should be in nonanal condition, in order to ensure the high efficiency. Prohibit to install it at those places which easily influenced by external airflow.

5. How to operate

Panel indication

Icon meaning

1. [Power] Key: Power ON/OFF,, click to tum the power on or off.

2. [Lighting] Key: Lighting ON/OFF,

3. [Socket] Key: Socket ON/OFF,

4. [Sterilization] key: the key of sterilization light on (press for a long time can be set in paran1eter 2, click when it is off).

5. [Fan] key: ON/OFF, when the fan is off, all gear bar out, the outer fran1e is also out, the fan icon is out, the fan has no output, display the cement gear, other gear, the fan has output, the fan icon turns at different speeds according to the gear size.

6.  [ _.] (increase), [T] (decrease) keys:
   When not in the paran1eter setting and transmission password state:
   When the fan is turned off, click this key to enter the gear setting state. The cunent gear bar flashes. Click the button is released to increase or reduce the gear position. If this key is not pressed within 3 seconds, return to the no1mal state and save the file automatically.
   When the fan is on, click this button to directly increase or reduce the gear position and save it automatically.
   Description: In this state, long pressing this key has no continuous increase or decrea se function.
   When in the paran1eter setting or transmission password state: click this key to increase or reduce the paran1eter value or password value.
   Description: In this state, a long key has continuous increase or decrea se functionality.

7. [Settings] Key: Click [Settings] Key to enter the transmission password interface, modify the input password by [Increase] and [Decrease] Key, and then click [set] Key to dete1mine whether the password is conect, enter the cones ponding internal paran1eter interface; adjust the paran1eter size by [Increase] and [Decrease] Key, press [set] Key for 3 seconds and take effect.

8. Key interlock instmcttons
   Paran1eter 3 central gating function (NF): when gating function is available, open the fan in open state and sterilization in closed state; if there is no restriction, no gating function.
   Interlock function (LF) in Paran1eter 3:
   0: There is no interlocking limit for sterilization, lighting, socket and fan;
   1: Sterilization and lighting interlock;
   2: Sterilization and lighting, socket and fan interlocking.

6. Maintenance

1. To ensure the long-tenn use of equipment, should dismantle the primaiy filter according to the DRAWING about 4-6 months.
2. If airflow velocity of working area can’t reach to 0.08m/s, must replace the high efficient filter. Purchase filter by our company. Pay attention to the a1Tow signal when replace the filter. Anow direction is laminar airflow direction.
3. Prin1a1y filter is made of 5-8mm non-woven fab1i cs, fixed with metal net. installed in inlet.
4. After replacement, clean the pollution materials, then start the fan to check filter and check airflow patte1n.
5. Prohibit changing the inside structure. if it has any quality problem, contact us.
6. Move the equipment carefully, avoid damaging.
7. Before setting this equipment aside, please unplug the power plug.
