Product Information

• Air cylinder (1) for applying pressure to the heating plate

The machine is designed for hot stamping on cotton, linen, chemical fiber, and other fabrics. It can also be used for heat transfer and foam printing on cotton, hemp, chemical fiber, nylon fabric, and ceramic products.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Connect the compressor connector and open the air pressure valve. Adjust the pressure gauge to 4-6pb and raise the heating plate using the handle.
2. Connect the air switch and turn on the main power switch. The indicator light will turn on.
3. Adjust the required time and temperature using the display screen and wait for the machine to heat up.
4. Place the fabric or material on the lower plate and position it under the heating plate.
5. Lower the heating plate using the handle and apply pressure using the air cylinder.
6. Wait for the set time and lift the heating plate using the handle.
7. Remove the fabric or material from the lower plate.

For successful hot stamping, it is important to have the right time, temperature, and pressure. The thickness and materials of clothing and all kinds of hot stamping paper can affect the effect of hot stamping. It is recommended to try hot samples before mass production.

Repair Items

1. If the distance between the four sides of the heating plate and the four sides of the bottom plate is not uniform, use a ruler to measure and adjust the screw down nut in the center of the heating plate.
2. If the pressure is too high or too low, adjust the filter. The upper regulating valve can be lifted in the + direction to increase the pressure and – to reduce the pressure. Check whether the pressure of the air compressor is normal (usually 6kg-8kg).
3. If there is no countdown when the machine head is in place, check the proximity switch and adjust it to less than 5mm. If the heating plate does not press down when time is up, check the circuit (intermediate relay).
4. If there is no temperature rise or control, check whether the temperature control table, solid state relay, and heating plate circuit are in good contact and check for faults in electrical components.
5. The rising speed of the heating plate can be adjusted using the heating plate regulating valve.

Note : The whole machine must have suitable and reliable protective ground wire.

MACHINE INTRODUCTION

The main purpose

It is for hot stamping on cotton, linen, chemical fiber and other fabrics. It can also be heat treated by flocking heat transfer and foam printing processes on cotton, hemp, chemical fiber, nylon fabric and ceramic products.

Operation steps

1. Connect the compressor connector, open the air pressure, adjust the pressure gauge (4pb-6pb), and raise the heating plate.
2. Connect the air switch, turn on the main power switch, and the indicator light will turn on.

The required temperature and time for hot stamping are as follows (for reference only) :

• Cotton clothing : 180 degrees, 15 seconds
• Polyester clothing : 180-220 degrees, 25 seconds
• Pearl plat e: 180 degrees, 120–180 seconds
• Metal pendant : 180 degrees, 60 seconds
• Mouse pad: 180 degrees, 15 seconds
• Porcelain plate : 200 degrees, 180 seconds

1. Adjust the required time and temperature, and wait for the machine to heat up.
2. after heating, temperature meter OUT1 light off, automatic flashing (insulation), start the test, clothes flat on the silicone mat, adjust to manual, press the start switch, flatten the article, put in the colorful patterns, (pay attention to the front and back of colorful patterns) and then put high temperature cloth, press the start switch, hot stamping began.
3. When the set time is finished, the heating plate will be raised automatically and the machine head will be moved to another working table.
4. according to the test printing effect, adjust the machine to the best effect.
5. after the successful test printing, the transfer switch can be changed to automatic transmission. After placing the hot stamping items, as long as the handle is moved to the top of the hot stamping items, hot stamping will automatically start. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button. At this time, the upper pressing plate (heating plate) will automatically rise, and the emergency stop button can be reset to continue hot stamping.

Repair items

1. Pressure : if the distance between the four sides of the heating plate and the four sides of the bottom plate is not uniform, first use a ruler to measure whether the distance between the four sides of the heating plate and the four sides of the bottom plate is consistent. If it is inconsistent, the screw “down” nut in the center of the heating plate can be adjusted.

2.  If the pressure is too high or too low (usually 4kg-6kg), adjust the filter.
   The upper regulating valve is lifted in the “+” direction to increase the pressure, “-” to reduce the pressure, or check whether the pressure of the air compressor is normal (usually the pressure of the air compressor is 6kg-8kg).

3. Time : when the machine head is in place and there is no countdown, check the proximity switch, whether the distance is appropriate, and adjust it to less than 5mm. When time is up, the heating plate does not press down, check the circuit (intermediate relay).

4. Temperature : adjust to the set temperature, no temperature rise, no temperature control, check whether the temperature control table, solid state relay, heating plate circuit is in good contact and the fault of electrical components.

5. Heating plate regulating valve : the rising speed of heating plate can be adjusted at will

The whole machine must have suitable and reliable protective ground wire Successful hot stamping needs to have the right time, temperature and pressure, the thickness and materials of clothing and all kinds of hot stamping paper affect the effect of hot stamping, all kinds of hot stamping paper need to try hot sample before mass production.
