Thank you for purchasing a HOME appliance. We are grateful for your trust and we are pleased to introduce the device to you on the following pages and acquaint you with all its functions and uses.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.

  1. This appliance is intended for use by children 8 years of age and older and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they have been given supervision or instruction in the use of the appliance in a safe manner and understand the potential hazards. Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.
  2. Make sure that the power cord or extension cord cannot be accidentally pulled out of the socket during operation.
  3. Carry the appliance only by holding the body of the fan.
  4. Make sure that the voltage in your outlet corresponds to the voltage indicated on the type plate of the appliance and that the outlet is properly grounded.
  5. Never use the appliance if the power cord is damaged, if the appliance has fallen on the ground or is not working properly. Have all repairs, including the replacement of the power cord, carried out by a specialist service! Do not remove the protective covers of the device, there is a risk of electric shock!
  6. Protect the device from direct contact with water and other liquids to prevent electric shock.
  7. Do not use the appliance outdoors or in a humid environment or touch the power cord or the appliance with wet hands. There is a risk of electric shock.
  8. Do not use the appliance in the immediate vicinity of places where heat accumulates (near the stove, heater, etc.).
  9. Pay extra attention when using the fan near children!
  10. Place the fan out of reach of other objects so that you ensure free air circulation that is needed for it proper operation. Never cover the fan openings!
  11. Do not use this fan with a programmer, timer, stand ‑alone remote control system, or any other device that automatically switches the fan, since there is a risk of fire if the fan is covered or incorrectly positioned.
  12. Never place the fan on soft surfaces such as a bed, sofa, etc. It must be placed on a stable and level surface.
  13. If the appliance emits an unusual odour or smoke, unplug it immediately and take it to a service centre.
  14. Do not switch the appliance on and off by inserting or removing the plug. Always switch off the fan with the main switch first, then you can unplug the power cord!
  15. We recommend that you do not leave the fan unattended with the power cord plugged in. Unplug the power cord from the AC outlet before maintenance. Do not pull the plug out of the outlet by the cord. Disconnect the cable from the outlet by grasping the plug.
  16. The power cable must not touch hot parts or run over sharp edges.
  17. Do not insert fingers or other objects into the fan openings.
  18. This appliance is intended for household use only.
  19. This appliance is not intended for outdoor use.
  20. To prevent overheating, do not cover the fan.
  21. The fan may only be used if it is properly and completely assembled, including the support base and the protective grille.
  22. The manufacturer declines any liability for damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the instructions in this manual.
    Improper use or non ‑compliance with the instructions will void the warranty.

ASSEMBLY

  1. Insert the motor body into the base.
  2. Place the rear grille on the motor body so that the protrusions in the motor fit into the corresponding hole in the grille. Secure the grille by tightening the it clockwise.
  3. Insert the propeller with spring on the motor shaft. The spring is already installed in the propeller hole from the factory and does not require any adjustment.
  4. Place the front grille on the rear grille. For safety reasons, the two grilles must be secured together with clips on the sides of the grilles and fixed with a screw screwed into the hole in the upper part of the grille.

USE

  • Use the buttons on the bottom of the fan body to control the fan.
  • Plug the power adapter connector into the plug on the back of the fan body, and then plug it into an electrical outlet.
  • As soon as the speed control is in position 0, the fan is switched off. Switch to one of the speed levels 1 – 2 to turn it on.

Setting the speed
Use the buttons on the bottom of the fan body to set the speed. The fan allows the setting of 2 speeds. Press the 0 button to turn off the fan.

Horizontal oscillation
Turn the horizontal oscillation of the fan motor on/off by either pulling or pressing the lever on the fan motor body (6).

Vertical tilt
To adjust the vertical tilt of the fan motor, grasp the motor head and tilt it in the desired direction. You will hear a click indicating that the head is locked in the selected position. The tilt range is about 45°.

CLENING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Unplug the power cord before cleaning the fan!
  • Use soft dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use thinner, gasoline or other aggressive cleaning agents containing solvents.
  • Make sure that no liquid enters the device.
  • Protect the appliance from water and high humidity!
  • Never immerse the fan in water.
  • If the fan will not be used for a long time, it must be protected from dust and moisture. We recommend storing it in the original packaging.
  • In the event of a malfunction or an unusual odours, disconnect the appliance from the power supply and have it checked by an authorized service centre.
  • You can use a vacuum cleaner with a dust nozzle to clean the grilles.
  • Check the rear fan grille once a week and use a vacuum cleaner to clean it.
  • We recommend to keep the packaging for possible moving or storing the fan.
