FSR SW-DG-SLT Smart-Way Surface-Mount Conduit
Product Information
The SW-DG-SLT is an electrical box designed to be installed in accordance with national and local electrical codes and communications standards. The product comes with a box chassis, cover, and block-off plates. The raceway base and end kit are sold separately and must be installed prior to electrical box mounting if the box is installed on the raceway base end. The product is classified as CTS/DTS 3.102 Flushfloor, 3.103 Onfloor, 6.101.1 Dry-Treatment Only, 6.2.6 10J Impact 6.102.3 1,000 N Small Surface Load, 6.4.1 Non-Flame Propagating and has an IP41 rating. The minimum storage temperature is -25°C, while the installation and application temperature range from 15°C to 60°C.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the product is installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with all national and local electrical codes and communications standards.
- If mounting the box on the raceway end, install the raceway base edge and end kit first.
- Install the box chassis to the raceway base.
- Route wires and cables and install high voltage block-off plates as required to maintain circuit separation.
- Ensure that the edge of the raceway cover is deburred before installation.
- Use low voltage devices only in low voltage compartments and high voltage devices only in high voltage compartments.
- Install the cover with the supplied screws.

NOTICE:
For installation by a qualified electrician in accordance with all national
and local electrical codes and communications standards. Adhere to the
following instructions and any instructions included with the individual
raceway components.
- Install box chassis to raceway base. The end kit & raceway base edge must be installed first if mounting the box on the raceway end.
- Route wires and cables and install high-voltage block-off plates as required.
- Install the cover with a supplied screw.
