Medi-Products Mobile Unit Battery Backup System
Thank you for purchasing a MediProducts Mobile battery backup system!
We are certain you will now be at ease knowing that your most valuable
equipment has the protection it needs This quick start guide will assist you
in getting your Mobile system ready to deploy as soon as possible
Unpack Shipment
Remove any straps, plastic and/or packing materials from pallet.
Note:
Batteries in Mobile Units arrive pre-installed. Unless additional batteries
were ordered at time of purchase, none will be located on pallet.
Remove System From Pallet
Carefully slide the system forward off the shipping blocks.
Be cautious not to damage the product, as these systems are of considerable
weight.
Note:
In order to ensure safety of system, mobile units are packaged on shipping
blocks which rest between planks of the pallet. This takes the unit’s weight
off of the casters & prevents movement while in-transit.
Plug System
Plug System Into Power Outlet
Locate power cord and plug unit into a standard wall outlet.
A dedicated circuit for this outlet is preferred.
System Startup
All Systems: First, plug Unit into dedicated power outlet
V-Series Controller:
Turn control switch to the “On” Position.
Both “Mains On” and ‘Inverter On” indicators should illuminate. Charging
indicator may vary depending on current level of charge.
T-Series Controller:
Turn control switch to the “Auto/Invert” Position. “Line in* indicator light
should also illuminate at the same time.
Note:
Refer to the procedures listed in the user operating and testing guide for
commissioning, using and testing the system.
