Product Information

The Biogenesis S.r.l. Portable Fire Extinguisher is a 6 Kg ABC Powder fire extinguisher. This product has been approved/certified for use in fire emergencies with a fire rating of ABC 34 233. The extinguishing agent used is powder, and the propellant temperature range is set between 22 and 27 bar. The nominal charge full weight is approximately 9.4 Kg, and the dimensions of the product are height (base – valve) 505 +/- 5 mm and diameter (cylinder) 160 +/- 2 mm. The discharge time is around 22 seconds, and the valve tightening torque should be set between a minimum of 35 Nm and a maximum of 55 Nm. The cylinder pressure test is PT 27 bar, and the cylinder volume is 7.3 L. The safety device used is a pressure gauge, and the cylinder material is alloy steel. The external treatment of the product is sandblast and powder painting with a red Ral 3000 color.

Product Usage

The Biogenesis S.r.l. Portable Fire Extinguisher should be used in case of fire emergencies. To use the product, follow these instructions:

1. Remove the safety pin from the product by pulling it out.
2. Aim the nozzle at the base of the fire.
3. Squeeze the lever or handle to discharge the powder extinguishing agent.
4. Sweep the nozzle from side to side until the fire is completely out.

After using the product, it is recommended to get it refilled or replaced immediately. Please note that reproduction of any part of the user manual or instructions is strictly prohibited.
