Product Information

The product is a lifting column desk with item number GET119X-L. It has a maximum load of 50KG and a maximum speed of 25mm/s. The height range is from 490mm to 1210mm, with a desktop dimension of 1250mmx600mmx18mm. The product comes with accessory items such as decorative components, cup holder, headphone hook, power plug, and adapter. It also has a lighting feature with options such as green/blue/red/cyan/yellow/purple/white/seven-color gradient light/flashing light.

Product Usage Instructions

1. STEP 1: Buckle the rear foot pad and the decorative sheet metal together. Pay attention to the direction of the rear foot pad as shown in the diagram.
2. STEP 2: Install the foot. Use screws (C) to connect lifting columns (4) to the feet (7). Pay attention to the direction of feet as shown in the diagram.
3. STEP 3: Connect decorative sheet metal to the lifting column. Use a long allen key (16) to connect lifting columns (4) to the feet (7) with screws (C); two sets in all.
4. STEP 4: Install lifting columns. Use long allen key (16) to tighten the components in Step 1 and Step 2 with screws (C). Use long allen key (16) to tighten the component in Step 3 and tabletop assemblies (3) with screws (C).
5. STEP 5: Install headphone hook. Use 5×5 allen key (D) to install headphone hook (12) to the component in Step 4 with screws (A).
6. STEP 6: Install cup holder. Use 5×5 allen key (D) to install cup holder (11) to the component in Step 5 with screws A.
7. STEP 7: Install left and right light strips. Deduct the end of the upper light strip from the groove and connect it to the USB cable. Use screws (A) and (D) to tighten the light strip assembly.
8. STEP 8: Connect light strip assembly cables to the computer or laptop via USB cable.
9. STEP 9: Connect adapter to the motor cable. Tear off the cable tie, manage and fix the cables using buckle B.
10. STEP 10: Turn on the power switch and use the touch control to switch on the light. Choose from options such as green/blue/red/cyan/yellow/purple/white/seven-color gradient light/flashing light.

Lighting Control Instructions

Light switching instructions:

After the USB is powered on, the light strip turns on for 3 seconds and then you can switch the light.

Light Switch Options: Green/blue/red/cyan/yellow/purple/white/seven-color gradient light/flashing light.     Touch control.

How to use the handset

Height Adjustable Function:

If the LED display can show the current height, press “      ” or ”     ” button can adjust the table height. Long press can enable continuous rise or go down and meantime the light starts to flicker.

Height Memory Function:
Click “M”button and LED display shows ”  S-“. Then click any button from “3”, “4”to achieve the height setting. In the meanwhile, the light flickers meaning the data has been successfully saved. Click the corresponding button and then the desk can be adjusted to the saved height.

Reset Function:

1. When the height is different with the LED display or it shows default code, you need to reset the desk.
2. Press and keep ” ” button to adjust the desk until it goes down to the lowest place. Then long press th doe ”     ” bwn utton for more than 3 seconds to enter the reset process and LED display shows “ “or “ “. Then long press the ”   ” button until it  bounce up and the LED display shows the current height, which means the reset is a success.

Anti-Collision Sensitivity Adjustment:

1. Simultaneously press and hold the “ ” and ” ” buttons for three seconds to switch the sensitivity, one operation to switch one level, divided into 4 levels, A-0, A-1, A-2, A-3.
2. The display shows “A-0 ” means the anti-collision function is closed; the display shows “A-3” means high sensitivity; the display shows “A-2” means medium sensitivity; the display shows “A1” means low sensitivity.
3. When the desk go up or down, it will rebound immediately when encountering obstacles to prevent itself.

BUTTON

Button introduction

Code Processing:

1. When the LED display shows ” ” or ”      “, please refer to the reset function.
2. If “E01” or “E02” appears, please let the desk rest for more than 18 minutes before it can be used normally.
3. If other codes appear and there is no response after pressing the ” ” button, please make sure that the cable is not damaged and the connection is normal, and power off for more than 10 seconds, then turn on the power again, ”      ” or ”      ” is displayed, then long press the ”      ” button to reset.
4. If the above operations are performed, the table still does not operate normally, please contact customer service.

COMMON FAULT TREATMENT

The following tips will help you detected and eliminate the common fault and error. If the fault you met is not listed below, please contact with your supplier. Only the manufacturer and professionals are capable for investigating and correcting those fault and error.
