Let’s begin by waking up the screen on your FITBIT Luxe. You can do it by tapping on the screen.

After you wake up the screen, swipe downwards on the screen until you see the Settings icon.

Next, tap on the Settings icon.

Then scroll down and tap on the Device Info option.

Now scroll down and tap on the Clear User Data.

Finally, swipe up on the screen, then press on the Hold 3 Sec button for 3 seconds and release to start the resetting process.
