OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
The griddle hardcover is designed to protect the griddle top from elements when the griddle is not in use. With 2 rear hanging brackets hooked over the back of the griddle, you can hang the hardcover off the back as a wind guard to reduce the impact of the wind and the oil splash when the griddle is in use.
WARNING!
DO NOT use the hardcover as a griddle lid while cooking.
FOR BETTER USE

For routine care, clean with a paper towel or wet soft cloth. Always dry the hardcover with a towel or cloth to prevent water spots.
NOTE: Never use abrasive cleaners or bristle brushes that may scratch the surface. -
Store in a cool and dry place away from children and pets.

A soft cover is highly recommended to further protect your hardcover and griddle. Choose from a variety of soft covers offered by the manufacturers. DO NOT leave the griddle with cover outside for an extended period of time.
