PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with packaged contents list and diagram above. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the products. Contact customer service for replacement parts via telephone or email.
- Estimated assembly time: 40 minutes
- Tools required for assembly: Phillips Screwdriver (not included) and Wrench (not included)
- Note: The right and left sides of the grill are designed as if you are facing the front of the grill.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assemble the casters (1) to bottom shelf (2) with 16 bolts (B).
Assemble the side shelves (3) to bottom shelf with 6 bolts (A).
Assemble the back support (4) to bottom shelf with 2 bolts (A).
Assemble the rear shelves (5) to side shelves and back support with
12 bolts (A).
Fasten the LP barrie bar(6)to the bottom shelf with 1 bolt (A) and to the rear shelf with 1 bolt (A) and 1 nut (F).
Assemble the right firebox brace (7) to the shown positions of side shelf with 2 bolts (A) and 2 bolts (C).
Assemble the left firebox brace (8) to the shown positions of side shelf with
2 bolts (A) and 2 bolts (C).
Assemble the cart front beam ( 9) to side shelves with 4 bolts (A)
and 4 bolts (C).
Assemble the front support (10) to bottom shelf with 2 bolts (A).
Assemble the middle brace (11) to cart front beam with 2 bolts (I)
and 2 nuts (F) and to back support with 2 bolts (A).
Assemble the door handles (14), handle bases (13) to the doors (12) with 4 bolts (A).
Insert the bases (H) to the bottom shelf as shown.
Slide the door axles (15) to doors, install them to the cart front beam and
bases.
Install tank base lower (16) to the bottom shelf with 2 bolts (A).
Install tank base upper (17) to the bottom shelf with 2 bolts (A).
Assemble the thermal baffles (18) to the firebox brace and middle brace with 8
bolts (C) as shown.
Install the lid handle (20) to lid with 4 bolts (A)
Place the firebox (19) onto cart the braces with 4 bolts (A). Half screw 4 bolts (A) to shown positions of both sides of firebox.
Assemble the side table (L) (21）to the firebox by hanging it to the half screwed bolts, fasten it with 4 bolts (A). Then secure the half screwed bolts.
Assemble the side table (R) (22）to the firebox by hanging it to the half screwed bolts, fasten it with 4 bolts (A). Then secure the half screwed bolts.
Fasten the side tables from the inside of the fireboxes with 8 bolts (A).
Screw the airvent handle (23) to the control panel twist clockwise.
Screw the lifting handle (24) to the control panel twist clockwise.
Install the airvent covers (25) to the charcoal lid with 2 bolts
(B).
