Product Information

The TWE-49ENC is a pair of True Wireless Stereo Earbuds manufactured by DENVER A/S. The earbuds feature a touch panel for easy control and come with a charging case. The earbuds have a lithium battery inside and can be charged using a USB charging cable.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case.
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and search for available Bluetooth devices.
  3. Select TWE-49ENC from the list of available devices.
  4. Once connected, the earbuds will automatically play audio from your device.
  5. Use the touch panel on the earbuds to control playback, answer calls, and access voice assistant.
  6. When you’re finished using the earbuds, place them back in the charging case to recharge.
  7. To charge the earbuds, connect the charging case to a power source using the USB charging cable.
  8. The charging case indicator will light up when the earbuds are charging.

Safety instructions

Read the safety instructions carefully before use the product for the first time and keep the instructions for future reference.

  1. The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children.
    Warning : This product contains lithium polymer batteries.

  2. Keep the product out of the reach of children. Also make sure pets can’t chew or swallow the product.

  3. The operating and storage temperature of the product is from 0 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius. Temperatures above and below these temperatures can affect the function.

  4. Never open the product. If you touch the electronics inside the the product may give you an electric shock. Repairs and service may only be performed by qualified personnel.

  5. Must not be exposed to high temperature, water, moisture or direct sunlight!

  6. In case of leakage or excessive heat, remove the headphones from the product to avoid burns or rashes.

  7. Protect your ears from excessive volume. Too high a volume can damage the ears.

  8. Bluetooth wireless technology works within a range of approximately 10m (30 feet). The maximum communication distance may vary depending on the presence of obstacles (people, metal objects and walls etc.) or the electromagnetic environment.

  9. Microwaves from a Bluetooth device can affect the operation of medical devices electronic devices.

  10. The device is not waterproof. If water or foreign objects penetrate into the device may result in fire or electric shock. About water or foreign objects enter the device, stop immediately use it.

Instructions for use

Pair the earbuds with your smartphonedenver-TWE-49ENC-True-Wireless-

  • Step 1. The earbuds turn on when the charging case lid is opened (you no need to remove the earbuds first). Alternatively, you can long press on the touch control on both earbuds to turn them on. The voice message “Power On” is heard.
  • Step 2. Red and white LEDs start flashing on both earbuds. Both the earbuds automatically pair with each other within five seconds. When they are paired, with each other, one of the earbuds’ LED blinks alternating red and white. This means they are ready to be paired with one smartphone.
  • Step 3. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone to search for devices nearby and pair with the name “Denver TWE-49”. The voice prompt “Connected” is heard after pairing. Enter “0000” if prompted for one password.
    The earbuds automatically connect with your smartphone after pairing.

Note:
V or H earbuds can be used individually and paired with your smartphone. Then only mono sound is available.

During music playback

  1. Press V or H control ONCE to play/pause the track
  2. Press the V or H control TWICE to skip to the next track
  3. Press V or H control THREE times to skip to the previous track
  4. Press and hold V or H control for three seconds to activate Siri or answer an incoming call.

During calls

  1. Press V or H control ONCE to answer/end a call.
  2. Hold down V or H control for two seconds to reject one incoming call.
    With a total of four microphones for perfect calls (ENC): The earbuds reduce wind and noise disturbances, allowing your voice to be heard clearly.

Charge the headphones and charging case

  1. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will turn off and start charging automatically.
  2. When the case is charging, its indicator will flash. The indicator lights up steadily when the case is fully loaded.
