EXPLAIN
That 1-1 to 4-4
only indicates the position of the key and can set the sugar value freely in the range of 0-250. The set ting value can be in grams or milliliters, usually in grams, and the default value is close to grams. The amount of sugar p roduced in grams or milliliters is not adjusted top1 to the menu setting. If the sugar is too much, the P1 will be reduced, if the sugar is too small, the P1 will be increased, and the P1 value will be modified: in standby state (display-YF-), press the setting key for 5 seconds, release it after seeing the displ ay of P1, then press “, modify the value, reduce the amount of sugar, increase the amount of sugar, modify and complete the exit by pressing the storage key and a utomatically save the temperature setting (P3): in standby state (show). B. Operating Instructions:

  1. Before turning on the machine must be replenished with fructose, if the operation suddenly heard “drop. If you suddenly hear “drip, drip, drip – five times” and the replenishment light flashes at the same time, it means that the liquid level is already low, in order to avoid affecting the operation and ensure the accuracy of sugar output, please replenish and refill the fructose immediately.
  2. When the temperature does not reach the set temperature (corresponding to the P3 setting) after the machine is turned on, the machine cannot operate and the display will show Edy, only when the screen appears “-YF-“.
  3. To continuously output fructose, please long press the “Continuous/Stop” button for 5 seconds, hear the “drop” sound, and release the hand after the machine starts, the fructose will be continuously output, if you want to stop the output, please press the “Continuous/Stop” button again. To stop the output, please press the “Continuous/Stop” button again.
  4. Press “▲” to check the counter in standby mode, and press and hold for 3 seconds to clear the counter. To check the current temperature, please press the “Save” button.
  5. Single group flow setting: Press: the “Set” key → then press the group position key to be set → then press “▲” or “▼” to modify the amount of candy → then press the other group key to be set and modified If all groups are set or do not need to be set, press “Save” to exit and complete the setting.
  6. Every day, after turning on the power for about 5-10 minutes, let the candy machine run 2-3 times after the heating is finished, or press the “Continuous/Stop” button (press “Continuous/Stop” again and it will stop). Let the machine output the unheated   fructose inside the tube (about 100cc). To ensure the accuracy of the output. The output fructose can be added back to use again.
  7. When you start to use the machine, there is air inside the pipe, if you press the sugar button, the machine will not pump sugar, you can twist down the sugar outlet first, and then press the sugar outlet, then put the sugar outlet back on after the sugar comes out, the rubber plug has two holes facing up, and the spring is below.

C. Panel Description

  1. The 16 buttons on the right are the out sugar keys, which can be set according to the amount of sugar needed, ranging from 0 to 250
  2. “Continuous/Stop” key, press the key for 5 seconds in standby mode and release it after hearing the sound of drip-drip-drip, the sugar will come out continuously. Press again will stop. In the process of pumping sugar to stop pumping sugar can also press the “Continuous/Stop” key, and the machine will stop.
  3. The setting key can set the sugar output and other machine parameters, in standby mode, press the “setting” key to set 16 groups of sugar output, after setting, press save to save and exit. Long press “Set” for 5 seconds, and you can set the internal  parameters of the machine.

D. Function Setting Instruction Sheet (Recommended to be Set by Technical

Personnel):

Press and hold the “Set” key for 5 seconds in the standby state to enter the internal function parameter setting, and press the “Save” key after the setting is completed. After setting, press the “Save” key to end and exit the setting.

E. Notes:

  1. When using the machine for the first time, please clean the barrel with about 70℃ water, wipe it clean and then pour in the fructose (up to 80℃ into the barrel, too much is easy to overflow), after filling the fructose, first press the “continuous/stop” button to press the air and residual water out of the machine tube. (If there is no air discharge, you can twist the sugar outlet first, and then put it on after the sugar comes out).
  2. When replenishing the fructose, pour it slowly (not too full, not more than 80%) to avoid the fructose machine generating a lot of bubbles, which will affect the accuracy of the output fructose.
  3. In order to make the machine last longer and output fructose accurately, please clean the machine barrel and pipes with hot water at around 70℃ every time you use it (not more than one week).

F. Troubleshooting Method

Example of Sugar Setting

  1. To produce 10g, 20g, and 30g of sugar (or other values) respectively.
  2. Steps:

The First Step: First turn on the machine, to the screen display, and then press the “set” key (is a press, not a long press), to enter the number of sugar settings, the default display “1-1” button position, if you want to modify the “1-1” button value, you can press the If you want to modify the value of “1-1” button, you can press “+” key or “-” key to modify. If you want 10 grams, adjust to 10; if you want to set other sugar buttons, under the “1-1” setting, press the corresponding button directly, the screen will automatically jump to the corresponding button position, and you can press “+” key or “-” key to modify. Under “1-1” setting, press the corresponding key, the screen will automatically jump to the corresponding key position. After setting “1-1”, press the “2-1” button to set the “2-1” button position to 20 (or other values); press the “3-1” button again. Press the “3-1” button and set the “3-1” button to 30 (or other value). When all settings are complete, press “Save” to save and exit. Press “Set” only once and “Save” only once from the beginning to the end.

Operation:
Power on > Press the setting key > Default to 1-1 key value setting > Press “+”, “-” to modify > Press key 2-1 position key (or other keys) > Press “+”, “-“. “-” key to modify > press 3-1 position key (or other keys) > press *+”, “-” key to modify > to set other keys can be modified by pressing the corresponding keys > after all settings are completed, press “Save” key to save and exit to the standby state

The Second Step: Just after the use of sugar, press the “continuous / stop” key for 5 seconds, so that the machine has been out of sugar, the machine inside the air evacuation, until the sugar has no bubbles (about 100 ml), no bubbles can be pressed again to press the “continuous / stop “key to stop the sugar. Then press the “1-1” button and use the electronic scale to weigh the sugar, press it 5 times in a row and take the average value: then measure the “2-1” button value 5 times in a row, and then measure the “3-1” button value 5 times in a row. Ifmore sugar comes out, put the “3-1” button on the screen. If more sugar comes out, adjust the P1 setting of the machine (press the “Set” key continuously for 5 seconds in the standby state to enter the P1 setting), and vice versa if less sugar comes out, adjust the P1 setting to a larger one, and all the sugar button values will change with the P1 setting. Press “Save” to exit and save, then measure whether the sugar value has reached the set value, first adjust the large value, and the small value also follows to become accurate.

Operation:
Press the “continuous 1 stop” key to empty the machine > press the sugar button to measure the sugar weight > press the setting key for 5 seconds to enter the P1 parameter modification > press the storage key to save and exit > measure again > reach the set value, the setting is complete: if there is still deviation continue to press the P1 setting > complete.
