Product Information

The Conference Speakerphone Model C012 is a portable device that allows for hands-free communication during conference calls. It has been tested and evaluated to comply with Part 15 of the FCC rules, ensuring that it does not cause harmful interference and accepts any interference received. The device can be used in a portable exposure condition without restriction.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the Conference Speakerphone Model C012 to your computer or mobile device using the provided USB cable.
  2. Turn on the device by pressing the power button located on the top of the speakerphone.
  3. Adjust the volume to your desired level using the volume buttons located on the side of the speakerphone.
  4. To make a call, use your computer or mobile device to dial the desired number or join a conference call.
  5. Once connected, use the speakerphone to communicate hands-free with other participants.
  6. To end the call, simply hang up or press the power button on the speakerphone to disconnect.

Note: Do not make changes or modifications to the device that are not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance, as this could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. If you experience any issues with the device or have questions about its usage, consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for assistance.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

ON/OFF/CHARGING
USB Charging
Plug the Speaker into a USB power source using the included USB cable. The battery supplies up to 13 hours of talk time.
Power ON
Press and hold the power button for 2s to power on; you will hear a prompt voice “Power on”. All LED indicators will be on.
While the speakerphone is ON, the Volume + and Volume

  • LED indicators will be white and stay on until the unit is powered off.
    The Bluetooth LED will flash Green & Red while the unit is in pairing mode. The Microphone LED will show Green.

Power OFF
Press and hold the power button for 2s. You will hear a prompt voice “Power off”. All LED indicators will turn off.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING

The speakerphone will automatically enter pairing mode when it powers on. You can also enter pairing mode by holding the power button for 2s. You will hear a prompt voice “Ready to pair” and the Bluetooth LED indicators will flash Red and Green.
The pairing name is C012
The speakerphone will automatically re-pair to previously paired devices if they are within range. When the devices go out of range or if disconnected manually, the speakerphone will go into pairing mode and the voice prompt will say “Ready to pair”. If there is no connection in 2 minutes, the speakerphone will go into sleep mode.
If there is no connection after 5 minutes, the speakerphone will automatically turn off.

CONNECTING TO A COMPUTER VIA USB

With Speaker OFF
Plug the Speaker into a USB port on your computer. If the Speaker is off when you plug it in, it will not turn ON automatically, you need to do it manually; see Power ON on page 2.
With Speaker ON
If the Speaker is ON when you plug in the USB connector, you will hear the voice prompt “Connected” if the connection is recognized. All LED indicators will flash once. While the speakerphone is ON, the Volume+ and Volume – LED indicators will be white and stay on until the unit is powered off. The Microphone LED will show Green.
While the Speaker is connected to USB, the Bluetooth function is disabled.
USB Disconnected
When you disconnect the USB, if the Speaker is still ON, it will enter Bluetooth Pairing mode. It will go to Standby for 5 minutes if it doesn’t connect. After 5 minutes, it will automaticallt power OFF.

CALL HANDLING

Receive a Call
When a call comes in, the Green LED on the Call button will be ON. Press the Call button to answer. The mies will be on and noise reduction and echo cancellation will be in effect.
Reject a Call
When a call comes in, the Green LED on the Call button will be ON. Press the Call button for 2 sec to Reject the call. The Green LED will turn OFF.
End a Call
Press the Call button to end the call. The Green LED will turn OFF.
Redial Last Number
While connected by Bluetooth, double click the Call button to redial the last number called. You will hear the voice prompt “Redialing” and the Green LED will turn ON. This function only works in Bluetooth mode.
Activate the Voice Assistant
While connected by Bluetooth to a device that supports a voice assistant, press the Call button for 2 seconds. The Mic indicator LED will be Green.
Press the Call button for 2 seconds again to deactivate the voice assistant.

MICROPHONE CONTROLS

Mute
Click the Mic button to mute the call. The Mute function is only available while a call is active. The LED will turn from Green to Red.
Un-Mute
Click the Mic button again to un-mute the call. The LED will turn from Red to Green.
Volume
Press the -LED to lower the Volume, and the +LED to increase the Volume. The voice prompt will sound a “da” with each click, untiit reaches the maximum or minimum, when you will hear “di” tone.

OTHER CONTROLS

Pause and Play Music
Click the Power button to Play music.
Reset and Clear Memory
With the Speaker ON and Bluetooth disconnected, press and hold the Call button and Volume+ button for 5 sec to reset and clear memory. You will hear the voice prompt
“Reset Completed” and then “Ready to Pair”. The Speaker will be in pairing mode.
Battery
If the battery is charged at a level more than 70%, the Power button LED will be White. When the battery is between 70% and 25%, the LED will flash every 30 sec. When the battery is less than 25%, the Power button LED will show RED. The Speaker will shut off when the power level is too low.
Battery Charging
Plug the USB into a power source such as an AC adapter or computer. The White LED will flash while charging, and will turn solid White when the charging is complete.

Warranty Information
