Pressure and temperature measurement

  1. Press the power button on the instrument, and once started, enter the main menu.
  2. Connect the clamp probes to the instrument via the two connectors on either side of the instrument; attach the clamps to the respective high and low pressure branches.
  3. Connect the red and blue hoses to the high-pressure and low-pressure connections of the instrument, respectively, and then connect the hoses to the respective inlets on the outdoor unit. .
  4.  Select the icon    to display the pressure and temperature measurement interface.
  5.  Select the desired refrigerant gas using the button
  6.  Select the operation mode according to the type of work to be done; usually the instrument is used in cooling mode.
  7. Set the instrument, you will be able to view the plant data on the screen.

OPERATION

System tightness test
  1. Fill the system with an appropriate amount of nitroge
  2. Close the valves on the high pressure side of the instrument
  3. Connect the high-pressure side of the instrument to the reference system
  4. Click on the icon to view the tightness test screen
  5. Click the icon and set the target parameters
  6. Click the icon to start the leak test
Vacuum measurement
  1. Connect the vacuum sensor to the system (as shown in the connection diagram) and insert the connector into the appropriate slot on the instrument.
  2. Open the high and low pressure side valves, the vacuum valve, and close the  system loading valve.
  3. Click on the icon to display the vacuum measurement screen and set the desired values and working interval.
  4. Turn on the vacuum pump and let the system reach the set value.
  5. Click the icon and set the target parameters
  6. Click the icon to start the leak test
