Pressure and temperature measurement
- Press the power button on the instrument, and once started, enter the main menu.
- Connect the clamp probes to the instrument via the two connectors on either side of the instrument; attach the clamps to the respective high and low pressure branches.
- Connect the red and blue hoses to the high-pressure and low-pressure connections of the instrument, respectively, and then connect the hoses to the respective inlets on the outdoor unit. .
- Select the icon to display the pressure and temperature measurement interface.
- Select the desired refrigerant gas using the button
- Select the operation mode according to the type of work to be done; usually the instrument is used in cooling mode.
- Set the instrument, you will be able to view the plant data on the screen.
OPERATION
System tightness test
- Fill the system with an appropriate amount of nitroge
- Close the valves on the high pressure side of the instrument
- Connect the high-pressure side of the instrument to the reference system
- Click on the icon to view the tightness test screen
- Click the icon and set the target parameters
- Click the icon to start the leak test
Vacuum measurement
- Connect the vacuum sensor to the system (as shown in the connection diagram) and insert the connector into the appropriate slot on the instrument.
- Open the high and low pressure side valves, the vacuum valve, and close the system loading valve.
- Click on the icon to display the vacuum measurement screen and set the desired values and working interval.
- Turn on the vacuum pump and let the system reach the set value.
- Click the icon and set the target parameters
- Click the icon to start the leak test
