FIAMMA Caravan XL A Pro 200 Bicycles Carrier
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Bicycles Carrier is a product designed to transport bicycles on a vehicle.
It has a maximum load capacity of 50kg and can carry up to 2 standard bikes or
2 e-bikes. The product is made in Italy by Fiamma S.p.A. and comes with an
alphanumeric code for identification purposes.
The package includes all the necessary components for installation, such as
screws, bolts, and rails. The product weighs 9.4 kg and has dimensions of 91
cm x 38 cm x 128 cm.

USAGE INSTRUCTION
- Before installation, ensure that all components are undamaged and not deformed due to transportation. If there are any doubts or questions regarding the installation, use, or limitations of the product, contact the dealer for assistance.
- We recommend that the installation is carried out by qualified personnel and in compliance with current local regulations. Follow the installation instructions provided in the manual carefully.
- When attaching the fork to the tube, leave a 2mm space and do not fully tighten it. Keep the labels provided and affix them to the Carry-Bike rails.
- The Bicycles Carrier is suitable for transporting bicycles only. Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 50kg or carry any other objects besides bicycles.
- If you encounter any problems with the product, contact your local dealer and provide the alphanumeric code on the nameplate for identification purposes. Refer to the spare parts drawing on the website for assistance in replacing any damaged components.
- For additional security, you may use two Security Strips (Optional – Code 98656-419).

We recommend that the installation is carried out by qualified personnel and in compliance with current local regulations.

SAFETY INSTRUCTION
Attention: keep the following labels and affi x them to the Carry-Bike
rails.
- Read the following instructions and warnings carefully; failure to observe these installation and usage instructions as well as the Highway Code in the relevant country may cause severe harm or damage for which the manufacturer declines all responsibility. Before installation, ensure compatibility with the vehicle on which the product must be installed.
- In the event of an accident involving the vehicle and/or the product, ensure that the product has not been damaged. In the event of damage, contact your local retailer before moving the vehicle.
- Fiamma declines every responsibility for any modification of the product that may cause damage and/or injury to things and people.
- Take into account the presence of the Carry-Bike, paying attention while driving and especially during reversing manoeuvres, particularly if you have a parking assist system.
- Always comply with speed limits and the Highway Code. The speed should always be suitable to traffic conditions and transported load. When using the bike carrier with trailer make sure that the tow hook is always accessible and the corner mobility of the trailer is guaranteed (volume measuring DIN 74058).
- Check periodically the bicycle rack to make sure it is firmly attached, especially during the first kilometers of after long trips to avoid damages of the Carry-Bike/vehicle. Make sure the belts are not loose and that the holding brackets have not shifted. Replace worn components immediately.
- It is advisable to remove the batteries from bicycles, before loading them on the Carry-Bike while traveling.

the country in which the product was purchased.
