• LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
  • The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages such as scratches, rips, and leaves.
  • In addition, other outside causes such as extensive wear, fire, or other activities that may cause damage are not covered.
  • During this period, please contact customer service and we will determine if we need to replace or repair the damaged components.
  • There will be no charge to the customer for factory-involved issues

  • Mattress Toppers are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase.
  • Within this period, Subrtex will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use.
  • Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor

ATTENTION:

1. Before first use, leave the mattress or mattress topper flatty in a well-ventilated area for 48-72 hours until it’s fully expanded. Tips: Low temperature may need more lime, finding a suitable temperature(78 F) will shorten the time
2. Due to the unique properties of memory foam, dimensions may subtly VARY after full expansion; it is normal and WILL NOT affect the performance of your lopper
3. Memory foam may have a slight odor initially; it WILL NOT bring any harm to your body, it will dissipate over normal use
4. Discoloration to memory foam may appear over time due to oxidization. Oxidization is a natural process when memory foam is exposed to light; it WILL NOT affect the performance of your topper
