WHAT’S INCLUDED
SAFETY NOTICE:
This product contains alkaline batteries. Keep the batteries out of children’s
reach. Do not install in incorrect direction, charge or dispose in fire.
This product should only be operated in environments of temperature 25 – 40°C.
Do not expose to direct sunlight or moisture.
GETTING STARTED
Connect your StarHub TV+ Pro
Note: Audio output will be via the StarHub TV+ Pro Speakers
Connect the HDMI Cable to the TV HDMI port and select the corresponding HDMI source on your TV
Connect an ethernet cable (not included) to the LAN port of your router or connect via Wi-Fi during the on-screen set-up.
Note: ForWi-Fi connections, streaming quality may l>e affected if the Wi- Fi signal strength is weak.
Pair with your Bluetooth remote control
- Insert the two AAA batteries provided into the remote control
- Once the StarHub TV+ Pro is powered on, follow the on-screen instructions to pair your remote control
- Press the numeric buttons (1) and (3) simultaneously until pairing is initiated.
- You will be notified on-screen once the pairing is successful. Otherwise, please repeat the previous step
Complete the on-screen set-up
- If you did not connect an ethernet cable (not included) to the StarHub TV+ Pro and your router, you will be prompted to connect to your Wi-Fi network for Internet access
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your StarHub TV+ Pro directly or choose to set up using your Android phone or tablet
- You will require a Google Account1 to proceed.
- Login with your Hub iD2 to start viewing!
- A Google Account is required to access Android TV services and download apps from the Google Play Store.
- To create a Hub iD, please visit www.starhubtvplus.com/login and dick Sign Up.
To watch on the go, download the StarHub TV+ app.
USING YOUR REMOTE CONTROL
PRIVACY MODE
If you do not wish to use the Google Assistant handsfree or keep the Google
Assistant active, you may use the mute switch on top of the StarHub TV+ Pro.
PARENTAL CONTROL TIPS
Take charge of your children’s viewing. Set up a Parental PIN under My Account
to lock selected channels, filter content by rating or restricting
unauthorized purchases.
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
Remote control not responding
- Re-install or replace batteries and try again
- Check if the Low Battery Indicator is lit.
- To re-initiate pairing. press the BT button atthe backof the StarHubTV+Pro
- Follow the pairing steps on-screen
Poor Wi-Fi connection
- Do note that Wi-Fi connections are subject to external interference
- Connect to the 5GHz Wi-Fi network for better performance if your router does not support a single 551D for 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
- Do not place the StarHub TV+ Pro in a cabinet as doing so may impact Wi-Fi signal reception.
- Should you encounter Wi-Fi network issues, please check to ensure your Internet connection is working properly. Otherwise, try rebooting your Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and Broadband router
- For an optimal experience, it is recommended to connect the ethernet cable (not included) directly to your router .
Box not responding
- Power off the box, switch it on and try again.

SET UP YOUR HUB ID
Visit starhub.com/hubid-signup or scan the QR code on the left Enter your email address and password to set up your Hub iD and provide your mobile number (for verification)
RESET YOUR HUB ID
Visit https://login.starhubgee.com.sg/sso/HubidForgot or scan the QR code on the left If you wish to change your Hub iD password, log in to your Hub iD. Click on Change password under Hub iD profile. Enter your current and new password and click Save
LOGIN TO STARHUB TV+ PRO VIA QR CODE USING STARHUB TV+ APP
Download and launch the StarHub TV+ App on your mobile device Login with your
Hub iD and go to More.
