Product Information
The DAH-126 is a portable radio device manufactured by Denver Electronics. The
device is designed to receive DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) and FM
(Frequency Modulation) radio signals. The device features a telescoping
antenna, volume controls, and a display for station information. The device is
powered by a DC 5V input and
can also be used with earphones.
Product Usage Instructions
- For optimal reception, fully extend the antenna and adjust its angle.
- To turn on/off the unit, press the standby button.
- Adjust the volume during playback with the volume controls (Vol+ / Vol-).
- To select DAB mode, press the Mode button. The device will automatically scan and store available DAB stations when switched on for the first time.
- If there is no DAB reception, move the unit to another place or adjust the antenna.
- Press the Prev or Next button to navigate available DAB stations and press Select to confirm.
- Press and hold the Menu button in DAB mode and then the Prev or Next buttons until the Full scan appears on the display to perform a full scan of available DAB stations.
- Select a DAB station and press Menu repeatedly to display available information (if available).
- To select FM stations, press the Mode button. Press and hold the Prev or Next button to search for stations one after the other. If a station is received, the search stops. To continue searching, press and hold the Prev or Next button again.
- To store up to 30 preset DAB and 30 preset FM stations, select the desired station and press and hold Menu for one second. Use the Prev or Next buttons to select Preset Save and press Select to enter Preset Save. Use the Prev or Next buttons to select a preset number and confirm by pressing Select.
- To recall preset DAB/FM stations, press and hold Menu for one second and use the Prev or Next buttons to select Preset Recall.

OPERATION
For optimal reception, fully extend the antenna and adjust its angle. Press the standby button to turn on/off the unit. The volume can be adjusted during playback with the volume controls Vol+ / Vol-.
DAB RADIO
Press Mode to select DAB mode. When the radio is switched on for the first
time, it will automatically do a full scan of DAB stations and store the
stations.
Note
If there is no DAB reception at any time, move the unit to another place or
adjust the antenna.
CHANGING DAB STATIONS
Press the buttons Prev or Next in DAB mode to navigate available DAB stations
and press Select to confirm.
DAB AUTO SCAN
Press and hold the button Menu in DAB mode and then the buttons Prev or
Next until Full scan appears on the display. Press Select to confirm.
Note
New stations and services are added to the stored DAB stations. To make new
DAB stations and services available on your radio, run a full scan at regular
intervals.
DISPLAYING STATION INFORMATION
Select a DAB station and during DAB radio playback, press Menu repeatedly to display the following information (if available):
- Ensemble
- Frequency
- Signal frequency error
- Audio state and bit rate
- Date
- Radio text
- Signal strength
- Program type
- Power status (mains or battery)
DAB MENU
In DAB mode press and hold Menu for one second and the display shows the menu.
Use the buttons Prev or Next to browse the menu options and confirm selections
with Select.
- Station list
- Full scan – Searches for all available DAB stations.
- DRC – Dynamic Range Control setting boosts the volume of quieter sounds in noisy environments.
- Off / low/high
- FM RADIO
- Selecting FM stations station selected.

Manual frequency selection
For fine-tuning, adjust with Prev or Next buttons in steps of ± 0.05 MHz. -
Automatic frequency selection
Press and hold the Prev or Next button to search for stations one after the other. If a station is received, the search stops. To continue searching, press and hold the Prev or Next button again.
STORING DAB/FM STATIONS MANUALLY
Store up to 30 preset DAB and 30 preset FM stations.
- Select the desired station.
- Press and hold Menu for one second then use the buttons Prev or Next to select Preset Save. Press Select to enter Preset Save.
- Use the buttons Prev or Next to select a preset number #:
, then confirm by pressing Select so that <Preset # saved> appears on the display.
Note: If there is already a DAB/FM station stored under a preset, it will be overwritten when you store the new station.
SELECTING PRESET DAB/FM STATIONS
- Press and hold Menu for one second then use the buttons Prev or Next to select “Preset Recall” <#: stored station name>.
- Use the buttons Prev or Next to select a preset number and confirm your selection by pressing Select.
Using the FM menu
Press and hold the Menu button in FM mode and select a menu option.
- AMS – Start auto search? “Yes/No” press the Select button to confirm.
- Scan Setting – Strong stations only/ All stations confirm with Select.
- Audio Setting – Mono/Stereo confirm with Select.

Press and hold Menu in any mode and select System Setting.
